I've been a pretty steady customer. Lately my deliveries either don't show up at all or get a call 8 yes 8 hours after saying it will be around 1am for my delivery. Waiting on order right now that was supposed to be here yesterday around 4pm. Time now 1pm the NEXT DAY. Can't even get thru on phone.

Overall a pretty good place with good prices but the wait time is sometimes so long an order placed at 11 in the morning might not get to you till 8 at night

First of all, this business has no customer loyalty. I’ve made 9 purchases (over $500 not including tips) in one month here and they treated me like I was at fault when they gave me the wrong product. They also said that if they’re out of stock, the products we purchase are “subject to swap”; meaning they will replace what you paid for with a different product without telling you if they run out. Not only did they give me the wrong product, it was packaged in February. This place gave me 10 month old, dry, expired bud that smells like grass instead of what I ordered, then blamed me for it. Who knows what other kind of almost expired bud they’re sneaking off on customers to get rid of old product. Customer service is horrible, the first statement they replied to me with literally blamed me, never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. Also, warning to new customers, a lot of the THC levels advertised in their products are false. I received products with lower THC levels than advertised several times.

I placed an order yesterday for one oz BOB brand gelato my order was placed through Weed maps. When I received my order around 9pm last nite it was sum good brand candid banana. I’m a medical patient and I order what I know will work for my conditions, was curious why it was substituted I see on your site it’s still available so I’m assuming it’s still available. I was disappointed to say the least. Please help Their response : As stated on our website all items may have substitutions. If you do not want subs we recommend preorders for next-day delivery. It is also your responsibility to check all orders before walking away from the cars. My response: It would of been nice to have been informed that my order was going to or had been substituted by you guys before the item was sent out or even from the driver as they hand it to me. But thank you glad to see you put your customers care on the top of your list. For this reason alone I’m writing this review should you choose to order make sure to check your bag if you can deal with the 8+ hr wait for your delivery
