well this was my first time ordering from them. The girl on the phone AMANDA said it would take 60-90 minutes for an ETA. I waited and never received a call from the driver. I cancelled my order and Amanda was very rude about the whole thing. She really needs to learn to talk to people because I can't be waiting around for two hours. I have a job where I'm on call and I tried to explain but she was very very rude and hung up on me. Your flower looks as crappy as your attitude Amanda. And your service is extremely shitty. I'm surprised you're still in business.
the flowers of the weed I did get were good but you need to update your Weedmaps more often so that we are not making orders of something you are out of
i have been trying to order from this place for 2 days now..yesterday i tried n set up an order as a new patient..after 3 phone calls later 2 different email addresses( mind u ..now my id card n script is out there somewhere on the web because i was informed by the wrong email address..the one on the website is apparently outdated i was told..) and i was still never added as a new patient..so today i have my boyfriend place an order ( because for some reason his new patient was recorded but not mine... professionalism right?) we placed an order at 6pm today...it is now 8:37 ..over 2 1/2 later and we still are waiting for out order..there are too many clubs to be waiting this long..i will have to be really desperate to order from this place again..
they got good bud, ok prices , but this isn't the first time I've waited this long. As a matter of fact , the first time, I called in af 6 pm and got a call at my door at 12:36 AM. the women also had her child in the car.. Second time around everything was fine. quick delivery. I just waited 4 hours to get some flower, when the guy on the phone said it would take an 90 minutes tops. and when I called back he told me the driver would contact me asap for an ETA and it's been another hour and a half. Not to mention the driver was very rude. I understand when drivers get caught in traffic and have prior orders, but communication is key!!!
I feel like I wasted my money because there is barely any bud in my bud--it is enough seeds to grow my own greenhouse. What the Hell? This isn't the first time this has happened, but this time it is just ridiculous. I honestly may not use your services again.
the new management should consider getting new drivers to deliver their product before they loose all their customers...
Service is a bit slow, but the flower and prices are amazing! They've gotten a lot better on the phones the few times I've gone with them. However my only issue is that I never got my first time special package. I mentioned it the second time I had their services and got ignored about it. But, if you are a patient stoner, you'll be very pleased!! Keep up the great work!
These guys are under new management as of August and let me tell you my boy Jimmy the manager is the real homie. He really cares about the patients and when I told him I was on a budget he worked with the money I had to make sure I got the real compassion and quality. PLEASE, if you havent tried these guys out in the last month, they've taken a complete 180 in the right direction. Just give them a chance and you won't be dissapointed !

They got a new manager, he's getting the deliveries in order. Jimmy is keeping things flowing and if it seems like it's taking too long he'll hook you up with a couple pre-rolls, a brownie whatever and make sure your happy. I'm very satisfied with the quality and service they are running now, so much improvement, thanks Jimmy!
