I was lured in by the cheap oz prices. Take this a caveat, even if it was decent quality weed, which it is NOT, the wait and staff, who I am guessing are smoking all the good weed themselves, being both of the individuals I spoke with seemed a bit dazed and confused, makes it not worth the trouble.
I had to call in 4 times and email and text my info over even though I am not a new patient. Thanks for the new patient brownie even though a "Free gift goes in every order!" and therefore I get nothing extra for being a 'new patient'--Have yet to try that. According to the Weedmaps, "All first time patients receive a papers, tips, lighter and a grinder for free!"--Um, not.
The weed was just put in a baggie and in no way looks medicinal and one has no way of knowing, besides what was written on the baggie with a sharpie, that the strain you receive is the one you order. The weight was not even referenced. Unfortunately, I don't have a scale, but it looks about right.
In total, from my first call it took 4 hours to receive the products. I live within walking distance of L.E.S. and was really sorry I didn't walk on over. The driver threw in another brownie because she was so late and was very cordial.
Another time I placed an order for weed with them it came in a canister, but maybe they just do that with the more expensive strains. That strain was ok, but in no way as powerful as advertised. I believe they claimed 31% THC content.......um, not.
Previously, it took them over 3 hours and an angry call to get some edibles.
They claim to have fixed this problem on their Weedmaps menu, but clearly it's still a work in progress.
.The Korova Black Bar was great, but that was expected, being that's a Korova product. BTW, they were also out of those and yet they remain on a menu that according to this site was updated a few mins ago.
The syrup was a complete waste of money as it had ZERO effect on me.
I did get some free goldfish crackers which were exceptional.
This time they were out of those and the Cheetos. I just checked the menu and although it was updated 10 mins ok, both products remain listed...Come on guys!
PS. Do I get that 'FREE $10 OG CONE!' for the review as advertised.? Surely, you weren't expecting individuals to review your dispensary prior to receiving any goods and surely a bad review does NOT negate your advertisement.
So in summation, I believe you owe me that cone and my new patient gifts.
terrible customer service tried ordering at 10 waited to 11 to make the order and now at 1230 had to cancel my order I could have walked some where
So i called at 727. Was told receptipnist would be call me right vacl to take the order. Its now 818. 18 mins after they close. GREAT JOB WITH THE RUDE PLOY TO CLOSE EARLY CAUSE I SEE NO OTHER REASON FOR IT. never had such a dofficulty. And all this AFTER taking my info. Smh. Lazy unprofessional dunno. Dont care. Not comibg back.
Only took 40 minutes! Distillate was FIRE!!! Added it to my pre roll and smoked the heck out of it!
Going on three hours now... First told it would be 50 minutes until my driver to give me a call, two hours go by so I call back, get told I'll get a call within five to seven minutes from driver. Another 20 minutes goes by and driver calls and says ETA of 30 minutes.. It's been an hour and half since that. Don't have problems with this club normally, I love the prices and usually they don't take too long. Today was pretty crappy service, give an accurate ETA so patient doesn't have to wait at home for a three hour window because of lack of communication.
Place a order at 9 last night informed that the delivery window was 2 and a half hours smh so I said ok. Around midnight still no phone call the girl told me my total was 60 when I ordered 80 worth of stuff to call back and say sorry your total is 80 which I already knew (simple math) I guess With cheap prices come rude customer service that was second time I called. The first time I sent all my info in and got my delivery to get a call the next day and say they couldn't verify my paperwork.(DONT BE CHEAP SPEND A LIL MORE AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE ITS WORTH IT)

This is my second time getting bud from them. I must say the second time around was horrible. I got Gorilla Glue and Pineapple Express and I barely got a buzz. Had to smoke 2 blunts back to back just to get a buzz. So disappointed. Wasted 70 bucks and waiting an hour aND a half for it. Definitely will not call them again
I called and got my first time delivery of the premium choices in cannabis from here. The meds are top shelf and will have you to euphoria more than a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got my delivery of the premium choices in a few minutes.
I was a first patient, real long day, phone's almost dead. The lady on the getting my info and taking my order was excellent and was a pleasure to talk to.
My phone had died and needed to charge it to turn it back on, duh. Well once it turned back on the driver called but I missed it on accident. I called back and apologized to him and asked what the options were. Apparently, I was interrupting/bothering him and he followed up with "LISTEN TO ME. IM OFF WORK RIGHT NOW, HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS, WAH WAH WAH."
If only he had just walked up and knocked on the door. I would have been happy because I would have had my weed and he would have been happy because I had a $20 tip waiting followed by a 5 Star review for being open late and donating high quality bud at a very fair price. Too bad Premium Meds - Vallejo.
