I couldn't even get to the point of communication. I sent an email and multiple texts with no reply. Makes me wonder how this place has such high review rating when for whatever reason they didn't find the time of day for my order.

Just recieved delivery and driver advised me upon arrival that my package had been opened by another patient during a "mix up" with delivery. Apparently it was delivered to wrong address before arriving. I accepted delivery but do not appreciate the package being opened by someone else. Platinum has the best meds but I cant help but be bothered by this. Just an FYI
I am well aware of the above issue. The driver was sent home after I took your call. Additionally, we sent you out twice the original amount of flower your ordered. As you can see from the numerous five star reviews, we strive for 100% satisfaction each and every time....that's why we made it right as quickly as possible.

I really liked Platinum. I received 5 or 6 deliveries from them with no problems whatsoever, until today. I placed my order, no problems. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes. I had missed a couple calls from them, so I called back to see what happened. They said that it is their policy to not use google voice numbers and they won't deliver to me unless I gave them an actual cell number. Apparently, this policy just went into effect after I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting on the order. If they couldn't deliver, then why place the order in the first place? I won't recommend this to anyone. Too many other options that have better customer service.
I can see that you have had several great experiences with Platinum and we are happy about that fact. I am very familiar with your situation as I was informed about it as it occurred. My dispatcher was having a hard time understanding what you were saying because you were utilizing a VOIP phone service. When your wifi signal degrades, as does the voice quality. Nevertheless, we sent out the delivery to you. My driver attempted to contact you prior to heading your way for drop off and didnt get an answer. Contrary to our safety policy, we still went to your location to make the delivery because of your prior orders. When we arrived, we called and knocked and didnt get an answer. My driver returned to the shop and you finally contacted us, We still couldnt understand what you were saying. We asked you to use another number that we could clearly communicate but you couldnt provide us with one. I understand your frustrated but leaving us a non-descriptive negative review doesnt do anyone any good. It doesnt address your issue nor does it accurately describe your experience. BTW, I just tried to contact you and yet again, no answer. When you have a better phone line, please give us a ring. Sorry for the less then stellar experience, it certainly wasnt our intention.
Sorry I Misspelled your name, it wasn't my intent to offend you. As for your recollection of the event, we can agree to disagree. Of course, we want every patient experience to be a good one but sometimes there are factors beyond our control. To suggest that 2+ hr deliveries are the norm or that lack of communication wasn't the culprit is plain wrong. We always try our best and did so in this instance. This is evident by the NUMEROUS 5 star reviews we have amassed over the past nine years. While we appreciate your intention to support the weedmaps forum, doing so by regurgitating incorrect information doesn't do anyone any good. You havent provided any type of constructive comments but instead seem intent on bashing Platinum Rx and its employees. We will not participate. We understand that you can't satisfy everyone, especially people that don't want resolution. You are free to patronize any of our competitors. We just want you to be happy. If there is something that we can do to make this happen, let us know.

After find'g Platinum I haven't gone to any other disp. Going on 3yrs. I can always ask for advice (which I do every time) they ans. all my ques.'s & I never feel like I'm inconveniencing my 'Bud Experts'. I did try other dispensaries & not pleased w/products / cust. service. Platinums quality is exceptional, I appreciate them so much, customer service means a lot to me. Good Deals, Awesome People, & Quality Products. They always have a big variety. FREE pre-rolls here and there ;)
