If you don't have a CA ID to prove residency we do accept other documents. Proof of Residency (NO P.O. BOXES) - Car Registration, Utility Bills, Rental Lease/Mortgage (at least 2 forms with same address) These documents MUST be accompanied by a government issued ID. The combined documents must prove your identity and also prove your residency in the state of CA, as required by state law.

Okay so I'm a little confused on why I was given hybrid. Because I don't use that type. Only Indica. I my order is right online . But the delivery wasn't.

Best meds in San Diego hands down; always can rely on platinum. I am a little upset with one of the drivers however, who came without change when I requested that he would. He left and came back to get change and only gave me $10 change instead of $15. I was going to give him a tip once he gave me my change because he had some singles but when I counted the money there were only two 5's and he was off. Not a huge deal, but still disappointed.

I order from them on a regular basis and every time , except for once , they take over two hours to deliver in a 15 mile radius. I've called and they always tell me "your driver is ok the way," luckily, I've found other dispensaries who are willing to match their deals. Sucks for platinum but they need to get organized.

I couldn't even get to the point of communication. I sent an email and multiple texts with no reply. Makes me wonder how this place has such high review rating when for whatever reason they didn't find the time of day for my order.

Just recieved delivery and driver advised me upon arrival that my package had been opened by another patient during a "mix up" with delivery. Apparently it was delivered to wrong address before arriving. I accepted delivery but do not appreciate the package being opened by someone else. Platinum has the best meds but I cant help but be bothered by this. Just an FYI
I am well aware of the above issue. The driver was sent home after I took your call. Additionally, we sent you out twice the original amount of flower your ordered.
