this is one if those spots that sells their products for for over 25% of the actual cost. they have a deal, three .5 gram cartridges for 90, those half gram cartridges go for 30, 35 max!! they sell them 50 bucks menu price. they insult your intelligence when they say "tHeSe cAn Be YoUrs fOr 90 wow" they probably buy them from the orginial company for around 15 a half gram, they should go for 35 max. and its not just those products, do reasearch people please, i took time to find mt weedmaps password just to help you out

Of course, we always provide bulk deals where price becomes lower the more you purchase. In terms of the 1/2 gram King Pen cartridges, we do sell them at $35 individually, so I'm not sure where you are seeing them for $50. If it is advertised anywhere at that price, that is incorrect. this use to be my favorite dp . always on time good bud good price. but now they have turned pretty crappy. it use to be a 45-1hr wait for my order now it goes to 1 1/2 hours to 2 sometimes 2 1/2 hours for a delivery. every time you call they give no real answer on the status of your order they just say " your next on the list" and "your driver should be their shortly" both two lies. get it together platinum.

I've ordered over 10 times and have gotten some good 710 king pen deals but their delivery times are absolutely ridiculous. It's not the first time but it's been 3 hours and they keep saying over the phone " your driver will be there shortly". They don't give two shits though because they know you want their deals. If you're looking for a quick delivery, don't count on them. If you want a deal, hope you have patience. Can't wait to smoke this shit to calm down IF they show up.

On Friday 5/12/17, I came across Platinum Alternative Care on weedmaps and created an account on their website. The verification process was simple and easy - uploaded a scanned copy of my driver's license and medical recommendation. Within 30 minutes, I received an email saying I was verified and able to make an order on the website.
From there the experience went downhill for several reasons:
I placed an order online and about 45 minutes later, the status of my order had updated from 'processing' to 'completed.' After about 15 minutes, I called inquiring about my status since I had not been contacted by the dispensary for confirmation, any daily/FTP deals or ETA (as the website indicated I would be). I was told that I was sent the incorrect status message and my delivery was on it's way. The driver arrived shortly after BUT was missing an item in my order. The driver's only response was "I'm just the middle man" before I had to ask him to call the dispensary (because I was not paying for something I did not receive) - ordered 2 Korova Brownies and only 1 showed up. I ordered 2 1/8ths - quality looked great but both containers looked pretty light for 1/8th. This is the first club I have encountered that does not specify the weight of the 1/8th. Also one of the 1/8ths does not even specify that it is an 1/8th on the label/container.
After reading so many great reviews on weed maps, I was pretty surprised with the lack of customer service and professionalism that I received. As a first time patient, I wanted to reach out directly to the dispensary to address my dissatisfaction before posting a public review on weed maps. I emailed them (the email listed on weedmaps) shortly after my delivery detailing my experience and expressing my disappointment but never even received a response. I definitely will not be using this dispensary again.

Started getting into the 710 king pens and found this delivery service. Setting up your account is very easy takes less than 20 minutes. The specials that they run are far and away the best deal out there, but where they really shine is their customer service over the phone ordering is easy and they are always very helpful with promotions and recommendations. The delivery drivers are always in communication (They are based further south in San Diego and I live in Mira Mesa they come all the way up here.) When they get here they double check the delivery and are always very friendly.

First time customer here. I just placed an order a bit and everything was cheaper than most of the other dispensaries I've been to in the area. After reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive about the promptness of the driver but he was actually 12 minutes earlier than expected. Definitely going to be a repeat buyer.
