Pavo has really taken a lead in the local area to provide some of the most quality product around. I have not been disappointed with a single purchase I have made. Their flower is always fresh and there are great options. They only offer the best. Their response has been great and their prices are competitive. I would not go anywhere else to purchase.
Melany was extremely kind, patient, and humorous on the phone, making me comfortable throughout the process of my order. She also thanked me for my service, and gave me the 10% veteran discount.
Blake, the driver, was quick to respond, and very friendly. He knows the product well, as well as what to recommend to patients based on the effect and purpose we are aiming to achieve. For example, when Pavo was out of the strain I originally wanted, Blake recommended something similar which worked perfectly for me. Definitely using this service again.
Talked with Melanie to get registered and set up my first order. Meeting Howard in person was a great experience. Very knowledgable and personable. Didn't feel any pressure to buy anything other than what I ordered, but it was a great experience seeing what else is on the menu for future orders. As a first timer, I was gifted a few prerolls to try out. Will definitely be calling them again.
ordered up an 1/8th of the super bomb, and it was. Fast delivery and as a first timer they hooked it up with a fresh pipe to smoke my super dank weed.

I got the Grapefruit for $40 for .5. I got the Cookies for $40 .5 but it says $30 on your site. I wanted to get a gram of the cookies and I had $130. For 90 I could of got 1.5 grams if the driver knew what was up. Let me explain The driver at this point should have offered the cookies for 55 a G, he had more in his box but I was told nothing!! ALWAYS PRINT OUT THEIR MENU AND DOUBLE CHECK. Instead of telling me I could get a gram of the cookies for $55 like the menu says I spent 80 on a gram and got over charged 10 bucks on the cookies.....plus i missed out on the deal. Let me try and re word this, I had $130 the cookies is $55 a gram, .5 of grapefruit is $40 so for $95 I could have got 1.5 grams and I spent 80 on 1 gram instead! Not professionial at all!!!! Last time there was an error in my total price as well and I was told all sales final, these guys don't go out of thier way to give you the deal. Sad really. Other services will alert you and hook you up. I felt a fishy vibe so I only bought that one gram....too bad b/c I had 300 more and someone else got it and they HOOKED ME UP SO PHAT it actually makes up for this crap. Done
We actually had pretty recently changed the price on the live resin, so there was no discrepancy, the price changed after the fact. Im sorry you feel ripped off. In regards to the all sales are final part, that is not true, I personally am handed the phone or return every call when a patient may call in with any issues in regards to their order. All sales, are not final. I have a fishy vibe that maybe there may have been a communication issue, but if you check around on the prices of live resin in our community, youd see that it isnt priced for us to make bank off of, SIR

I called 3 times to schedule appointments on 2 different days and early in the day too. No call, no text or even the courtesy of telling me that they cannot make it. Bummer too because I usually call every single week and spend at least $100 which may not be much but its still $100 of hard earned money and $400 of it a month. Everything else is awesome but if I cant get my medicine after 3 days then whats the point Pavo?

if your 'slogan' is going to be "Best product, Best service, Best prices....Period" then you better be able to back it up. Now, I would understand having a long wait for a delivery time or not answering on the first ring, but when someone calls 5 times, leaves 2 messages and never gets a call back, that is the farthest thing from BEST service. On top of that the prices are pretty high comparatively, which would be fine if the product was that much better. But it's not. It took me a week to get them to answer the phone, it came pretty weighed (which I find sketchy af) and they didn't let me check it out before I purchased it. No clue why this place is top of the list.
I would have to disagree with you on a couple of things, but for sake of professionalism, I would like to only address your last point of not being able to check the product before you purchase it. They come in pop top containers... So, you would be one of the first patients to say you didnt open the bottle to look...Im sorry, but pop tops arent locked with a master lock. They are child proof at best, but not ever is one sealed for you to not be able to view prior to purchase. Wish you the best!!
so I know you guys are the number one spot on weedmaps and you're probably really busy but I've tried calling twice been on your website once and still have never received a call back. Do you not want my money? sorry for the harsh review but its hard for me to know what you guys are all about when I never even get a chance to check out your stuff

We do have a large call volume, however, we call every number back, should we miss a call. We do have a website that you can process as a new member and get verified, should you ever have an issue on the phone. We do ask that you leave a voicemail, so if you have called you would hear that on our message, as well as the info about our website. Id love the chance to make it right, but jumping to the conclusion that its all on us is not quite fair. Especially seeing as that the info I just provided is on our voicemail message, Its a hard pill for us to try and swallow a negative review as if there was all fault of ours. Our customer service is exemplary. And we take pride in that. Please feel free to call us or contact us in a matter you seem fit.
After some confusion between myself and the dispatch/driver i was put in touch with Will. He was very professional and went out of his way to make things right. I appreciate any business owner who can take the time out of their busy day to address the concerns of a customer. For anyone curious the driver was out of every product i was interested in(Pure/high cbd edibles/water) and i was unable to make the purchase i wanted when they arrived. As i said before Will took the time to explain and make sure a driver was headed my direction with the products the very next day. Thanks pavo.
