I LOVE LOVE LOVE NCW! The people here are so awesome from the owners to the staff but the delivery gentleman, Mr. Robert is so nice & caring! I am so grateful to be able to receive delivery during this time of pandemic, his manner & care are really awesome to see...He is always on time & never leaves you waiting around. If Mr. Robert says he will be there around 10:30 oh believe you me he is there always on time.... please, guys make sure you are tipping your delivery person. It's so important to support those who are supporting this community. Especially when they do it with the smile and care that Mr. Robert & the folks at NCW bring to your doorstep. I also received my redetermination with their doctor who was awesome aswell. Lisa helped to walk me through the entire process including hooking me up with the doctor, I had my redetermination the same day I found her on fb. Everyone here cares so much about the community, tysm NCW!🤙💚💚💚

Picked up a gram of skywalker OG last night and I just took a couple dabs rn and it has a weird taste, like a chemical/plastic taste.

Waited 2 days for my ordered to be delivered. The store said they had no record of my order. Instead of accommodating the customer to fix this error, I just took my business somewhere else. spoke to two different employees, yet somehow no one knew anything about my order. poor management

Literally put an order in before 12 online and was called back at 12 for my mmcc.. Never got a call back to confirm an eta,hours later I had to call just to be told that I would have to receive my order the next day. Orders aren't put in fast enough.. If you don't mind unorganized stores this is the place for you.

Don’t waste your time trying to get delivery from this unreliable place. I was rushing to get my order in before noon only for them to change it and say it’s 11:30 now.
