MHPC 2 Go

I am a repeat customer to this location because of their half oz deal; but as of today, it will be my last order from this location. I have now waited 4 hours for my delivery, was told an hour ago they were out of girl scout cookies so I had to pick another strain, but was assured the driver was on the way with the change of strain and remaining items. As of now, I have had no contact and no update on my order. I understand being busy due to Covid but there needs to be a halfway b/w the 2 parties.

It’s been quite a herwhile since I’ve been to this shop. I used to use storefront and delivery almost everyday. My girlfriend went in one day just like normal and ends up telling me product quality is down they have low stock and only rude employees. (My babe has severe anxiety). We started ordering delivery to make her more comfortable many times it was either her, me and at one point my mother who at the time had to use crutches since she hurt her leg. We proceeded to pay. DELIVERY DRIVER WAS HAPPY TO TAKE CASH AND SAID NOTHING. We even had asked if I’d can come pick the order up for the inconvenience and was told yes. Next time I order I’m supposedly banned for not being my mother and yet the driver still takes my money and says nothing about it. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is my first time ordering with these people. There was a deal that I claimed for Gorilla Glue, which they had not honored. First they sent me a menu via phone text and it had GG on it, but at a much higher price. Then after sending my I.D., my address and what I wanted, they said they are out of it, but they did send a menu with it on there . So when I proceeded to send them a pic of the deal that expires at midnight today, they replied that they didn't update their menu on Weedmaps yet and that deal is no longer valid. FALSE ADVERTISING!. Beware people!

Who ever is in charge of the delivery phone is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Who tf argues with customers when they ask for an eta??? My gf was very polite. asked for an eta. Only response was "orders will be out in 15 mins". An hour goes by, so i let her know if he isnt here in 30 mins, I am going to the shop myself (i live pretty close). She proceeds to send a paragraph about "if ur gonna cancel dont order delivery next time blahblahblah" oh and get this. i ask if the bbynugs are actual nugs or shake (alot of places sell shake dubbed bby nugs) SHE REPLYS. "THE TITLES ARE SELF EXPLANATORY". haaaaa Just be upfront and give the customer an eta. If you cant do your job or dislike talking to customers. Dont be in customer service. Im sure your boss can find someone else to do it for you. ☺️
