Takes forever. I always need them to come up the stairs of my building and every time they demand I come out to the street and meet them. Haven't used this service in a while and don't plan on using it in the future. Don't be lazy people, go to a shop and get your meds
First let me say I love KushFly's products and quality and they usually are pretty speedy with delivery. However I just dealt with the worst customer service rep on a long time. She was rude, belittling, and worst of all when I asked a simple and polite question on why that was their policy on a certain issue (to actually see the thought process behind an inane credit card policy they had) she not only spewed the phrase "uhh idk that's what it is" but had enough sarcasm on it that even the snarky kid from your frat would be jealous. I am sticking to only ordering online and I suggest you do the same.
This place is overpriced and the product is not that great. I have ordered from here a few times and each time I do I remember why I choose to go elsewhere.
I use their service about once a week and love them. I get it delivered to both my apartment and sometimes my office bc the are super low key it looks like any other delivery. Sometimes the delivery isn't super speedy but if you ask for the delivery time they will always give you an estimate that is pretty on point. If what you're looking for isn't on the site you can ask within chat and the people are super helpful. Oftentimes I get them to make me pre-rolls that aren't listed on the site and they are super cool about it ;)
Great service. I always ask for recommendations and they always give me the best choices. Especially when it comes to certain strains. Also delivery is reliable and fast. Highly recommended.

Placed an order online about an hour ago and didn't notice I had to add the "newpatient" promo which gets you 10% off and +$20 credit as a FTP. So I thought I'd call in a few moments later to request that the discount be applied since it was my first time ever ordering. Lady on the phone answered politely enough at first but then out of nowhere an abrasively loud Eminem rap song came on through her end of the phone in the middle of the conversation and I couldn't hear anything she was saying. While I was trying to explain what my question was the lady on the phone had the gall to tell me she couldn't hear anything because of the noise coming through MY end of the phone??!! Excuse me?? My surroundings were completely silent, so that immediately ticked me off, what professionalism. Then again I attempted to explain my question regarding the FTP deal but halfway through this woman rudely interrupts me and starts talking about how I placed the order 30 minutes ago and deliveries take 1-1 1/2 hours (which is fine with me, I've used delivery services before and this is to be expected), she was thinking my question was concerning the delivery wait time...*sigh* HELLO, I'm not retarded, I was just able to use your website properly, place the order, and am aware of the delivery times quoted PLEASE JUST LET ME FINISH ASKING MY FRIGGIN QUESTION, which I promptly gave up on because by the time she had finished lecturing me I was thoroughly irritated.
But that's not all!
Received a phone call a few moments later to notify me a few of the products I had ordered was out of stock... well why was I able to order it through the online menu if it was out of stock? False advertisement? Shouldn't it say "out of stock"? Why didn't the rude lady I just got off the phone with mention anything about this item not being available when overlooking my order? Way to get my hopes up KushFly, I had to settle for an alternative and wasn't even offered an "additional throw in" which most places would do for the inconvenience. I was excited to try out KushFly initially, but was ultimately disappointed and really didn't feel like I got my moneys worth. I'll be sticking with my regular delivery service **FastnFriendly** who properly honor FTP discounts, give 10% store credit back to returning patients from previous orders, AND give consistent professional courtesy to their customers new or returning on top of their free delivery, fairer prices, and happy hour deals.

I finally was able to complete an order and it was shipped and I received it yesterday. When I opened the cartridge I read the instructions on package and went to the companies website so that I knew how to properly care for it. I noticed what the instructions said in case of an air bubble which I believed mine had and didnt want it to affect it like it said it could and in doing so realized it wasnt like the hundreds of cartridges I had previously used. Its said to contact cartridge company with issues so I immediately did. They were friendly, nice and said they do not have any problems with replacing cartridges. I was told to contact Kush and let them know they would be given a new cartridge to replace mine. In fact the rep was going to office today. This is hours before cut off for next day delievery. When I called Kush I could not get a word in. I was told not to contact their vendor, Kush does not replace cartridges when its my fault. She never let me finish what exactly happened. I had my kids and she was having conversations with others in her office and I thought it was me they asked a question and she was so rude. I even put the phone down for a second to try and take a breath and she was still talking about policy. I'm not just a customer I am a patient who relys on my medication. I was treated like dirt. When less then 24 hours ago they had no issues with taking almost $100 from me. I have to ship the cartridge back and then they exchange with vendor and then ship me one. Thats policy and cant change even if vendors policy is patient friendly. So because its Friday I will be without for almost a week. They didnt offer for me to meet in their free delivery area to exchange or offer for me to purchase something to hold me over. Nothing. No troublshooting, not even an apology. The "manager" even put phone down to ask her "manager" and nope sorry policy. I am blown away. I told her I'm 40 and sick with a family and you do not care about your patients. I offered to pay the shipping for the cartridge from them to me which I have no problem with since I'm paying to ship the one I have back and will now have to buy a replacement since I would be without medication for a week. I asked why they were so mad and was told they werent and I asked to please not be yelled at. They didnt even offer for me to pay for new cartridge and then credit me when they received the one I am shipping back. Due to my condition I was shaking and wanted to cry. Also, dont believe their discounts. I did not get 10% off for first time order like it staes on their page. It was off one item only. lol Be aware of companies that ship the only other customer service issue I have had is with another shipping company. But even they had another product at my
door next morning. Hopefully someday I will get to experience this cartridge after this review. I'm not exaggerating, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? Or even just letting your customer explain. Also worth mentioning is that the cartridge companies manager contacted the manager at Kush not the one I spoke with and told him that it wasnt my fault. And they have a policy to exchange cartridges. So Kush is fully aware that this cartridge will be replaced. The company even thanked me and said my feedback was helpful but obviously Kush's "policies" they cant do anything about. Hopefully they will be in a place near me soon!!
**update** I received a call from the manager I spoke with yesterday and she spoke with her manager again and they are sending me a replacement and should be here tomorrow. She apologized. Thank you Kush for making this right. I'm sure you have many issues all day and night and I truly never was trying to cause you anymore and the strawberry caviar cone is amazing!! First time for me trying and I cant wait to try all flavors!
After getting a few hiccups sorted out everything went very smoothly. I ordered Thursday night and it arrived today, cant be mad because of shipping companies not doing deliveries on the weekend. But as soon as Monday showed up they sent it and it was here the next day. Very helpful and cooperative staff as i was a bit anxious about ordering for my first time but they assured me everything would be great. as it was :) the DabFace is 5* from Strong aromas, tastes, down to its potency its all on point. Definitely recommend this dispensary and the meds to anyone

I'm always skeptical when choosing a new delivery service/dispensary but these guys blew me away! My ordinary delivery service was unavailable one day so I decided to check these guys out and I'm very glad I did. Extremely quick deliveries, top shelf meds and very friendly staff. They give you some great 1st time gifts and their website is extremely helpful and easy to use. I thought my old delivery service was the best but these guys are way better! Kushfly will be my go to service from now on.
