Kind Deliveries was the second delivery service I tried after getting my recommendation. The first place was horrid, so when I first spoke with Stacey, I felt very comfortable and she was very kind and professional. The setup process was very quick and fluid. The bud selection is excellent, and the staff amazing.
My first delivery was from Troy. Troy, you're an awesome person, and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and knowledgeable person on my first delivery. He gave me some advice, and a sample for what to try for my insomnia, cant remember the indica strain, but it worked great.. mellow and smooth --melted into bed.
Since my first delivery, I have only used Kind Deliveries. The staff is always awesome, kind and delivery a quality product in a timely fashion. I recommend them as your only delivery service! THANK YOU KIND DELIVERIES!

These people were the first I contacted as a new patient. The service has always been prompt, quality on par and sometimes far above par with others in the area. Customer service however is where these people shine. With no details really needed they proved to me without a doubt that they are good folks who just really want to help people out. The "Snow" they have now is hands down the finest Sativa I have ever enjoyed, and the "Ken's OG" like the "Snow" is on the higher end of the donation spectrum but you do get what you pay for. I'm not shilling for these guys as "disco stu does not advertise "
There are not that many reviews we get that actually make me laugh out loud but I found "disco stu does not advertise" freaking hilarious. Also the timing made me laugh as we saw the review pretty much the same hour we ran out of snow lol. I used to love this place. Use to be a repeat customer until I started experiencing horrible service like empty bottles & the quality went down significantly I will never go here again. So disappointing.
Oh MissG7, you made me chuckle. So you made this exact same post on another page of ours a day earlier. I then responded with the following...
"Hi MissG7. If you got a bottle that was empty why did you not call us? We track everything and we only show one person ever calling about that problem and it was quickly taken care. We even changed our procedures so that shouldn't happen again. With the new law requiring all poptops to be made from solid colors combined with our use of humidipaks (meaning you have a poptop u cant see thru with substantial weight in it even when there are no buds) we were afraid this could happen from time to time. But we know how it happened the other time and like I said, we changed our procedure so that shouldn't happen again. If you paid for something and didnt get it you can call our main line @949-599-6953 or email me directly at Steve@kinddeliveries.org and I will make sure it gets to you.
The 2nd part of your complaint, quality going down is baffling to me. You didn't mention what you were talking about specifically so I assume you mean flowers. Our Indoor strains are pretty much the same as they have been over the last several months. We have members who regularly produce a small harvest of each strain we carry every few months. Strains like Snow, GDP, Critical Mass, Blackberry Kush, King Louie and most of the rest of the indoor strains are very consistent. And since Marijuana is an annual plant and harvest just passed we have a fantastic selection of Outdoor that I have been getting great feedback on. Overall our quality is very high at the moment. With that being said it's also possible you got something you didn't like. For example our Blue Dream, we have people coming for a few counties over to get it because it's incredible. But we have also had a couple people not like it because it was too strong and made them paranoid. So all strains don't fit all patients. Again, had you called we could of remedied this.
Feel free to call or email me with the specifics of your complaint. If we don't get specific feedback how can we identify problems and make them better? No matter what, even if you never want to use our service again Ill take care of the issue with the empty."
-So I offer to remedy the situation no questions asked even if you have no interest in calling us again in the future and your response is to make the same vague complaint on every other location on the internet you can slam us. Im really curious who this is. I mean you go from saying you loved us to wanting to hurt us even when we offer to completely take care of the claimed loss. I'm truly sorry if that empty container broke your heart. I hope with time you can pick up the pieces and move on with your life and find another collective who can better deal with your medical needs. Oh and thanks for saving me the drive out to wherever you are, I guess now I owe you two.
