Very helpful. It was my first time ordering from a clinic and I was a little skeptical but the guy on the phone was super helpful and nice. They also have great prices. They even threw in a free hybrid cheeba chew. I will definitely be ordering again.
I can't praise Kind Deliveries enough. The dispatcher and delivery people are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to offer advice and recommendations. They are always quick and on time. Their products are great and their loyalty program is amazing. I can't see any reason to use another service.
Never was offered a reward card, and never given any rewards or gifts after several years of loyal service. Quality of their weed has declined, very old, low quality. Arrogant or very nervous delivery people. I gave them tips and they never gave me a single joint or reward, nothing. Their stuff sometimes doesnt even have an effect the quality is so low or old.
Hi Kathleen. Its been a while since I’ve had to respond to a negative review because we kicked someone out for bad behavior. Generally I prefer these sorts of issues stay private…but since you insist on going to a more public forum I’ll respond in kind…You also gave us 3 different negative reviews and they will all get this same response. I also want to apologize for the late response. The holidays were super busy for us.
You seemed to of been perfectly happy with us until we decided to no longer deliver to you. You never complained about quality, prices, or drivers until now. You signed up with us in April of 2014 and have had 37 deliveries since then. Now why would we kick someone out who we had such a long relationship someone might ask? Well after 2 or 3 instances we started officially tracking it. Six of the last 26 deliveries you were not home when the driver arrived...including the last two times. We had gotten to a point of making it very clear asking if you were going to be there at this time? You always would say yes. But then you would just take off. Not call us, just take off. The last straw was when you told dispatchers you would be home and when the driver got there you said you had to pick up your daughter. Our drivers are independent contractors and can refuse to go to a patient. Now if they started refusing for no good reason we would not tolerate it. But when a patient constantly wastes their time by taking off on them and not even so much as say they’re sorry…well we understand why none of our drivers want to go to you anymore. The relationship between Kind Deliveries and it's members is based on mutual respect. We respect your time as valuable, and we hope the same in return. When a driver has to wait, it causes us to miss our commitments on the deliveries to follow.
As far as the specific claims. I looked over every single one of your orders. Every time (which was 5 deliveries) you placed an order with a donation of over $100 you got a gift, as is our policy. One instance on a $65 order you got a free preroll. Honestly I was surprised by that because that was after you have pretty much annoyed every dispatcher with your attitude. You should have been given a reward card on your first order (if we did not, it was an oversight and we are sorry). From then on, its the patient's responsibility to get the card stamped by the driver each delivery. The night you were kicked out you ranted at Stacey for over six minutes. It was 2 minutes and 40 seconds before she got a chance to get a single word in (yes she tracked it as it was so outrageous). Once you started with the profanities, Stacey ended the conversation. Then, you threatened and chastised our driver with nearly 40 texts even though he repeated asked you politely to stop. We really considered not coming back for that last delivery, but we did not want to leave you without your medication so late in the evening. Your response was you wished we hadn't come back as now the meds were full of "negative energy" and you didn't want to smoke them. We even offered to take back what was left of your last order and give you your money back just…well just to be nice. But your response was you had flushed it down the toilet because you suspected we poisoned it. I could go into much more, but I really don’t see the point.
Believe me, I don’t like having to kick people out, particularly people who are suffering from obvious issues where MMJ can actually help. But at the end of the day it just became too much for us to tolerate. I wish you well in finding some relief for your demons and hold no ill will. Have a good life.
If you want top quality and a family owned and run business with the same delivery people who are each top notch this is your place.

Kind Deliveries was the second delivery service I tried after getting my recommendation. The first place was horrid, so when I first spoke with Stacey, I felt very comfortable and she was very kind and professional. The setup process was very quick and fluid. The bud selection is excellent, and the staff amazing.
My first delivery was from Troy. Troy, you're an awesome person, and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and knowledgeable person on my first delivery. He gave me some advice, and a sample for what to try for my insomnia, cant remember the indica strain, but it worked great.. mellow and smooth --melted into bed.
Since my first delivery, I have only used Kind Deliveries. The staff is always awesome, kind and delivery a quality product in a timely fashion. I recommend them as your only delivery service! THANK YOU KIND DELIVERIES!
