The ETA is never correct when I order or its literally a 5 hour wait. I ordered here before they got my order wrong and it was late over an hour. I will not return, but the staff is nice.
gotta be honest right this is the worst place ive came acceoss before and the only reason i called was because they were the only ones open so i said why not right txtd my rec and id they called me right back i placed my order right wen i said ok thank you how long will it take they said we got a rout that way in about an hr well be there at about 4:30 it was 2 wen i called. called me at about 7 and told me were on our way well b there in about 25 20 minuts.........NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AND I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY THIS PLACE SORRY GUYS

This has been my go to for my meds, but that will be changing soon if they can't get their act together. Lately every time I order, they are very late after having to wait a couple hours or more. Apparently they feel people don't have anything to do but wait around for them all day. I ordered at 1:55pm and was told between 3 & 4pm. It's now 4:57 and after I called to see why they aren't here, I get a call from the driver saying he's 50 mins. away and still has another delivery before me. Don't tell people it will be 2 hours if it's going to be longer. It's unprofessional and a waste of peoples time. Hire more drivers before you lose more patients. It's one thing if your upfront and say it will be whatever time and let people decide if they want to wait forever and a day to support your service. If I would have know it was going to take this long I would have cancelled my order. I'm an understanding person, but this is unacceptable. I missed my movie with my kids waiting for my delivery.
They is taxing they don't put that on the Weedmaps profile and I been waiting for two hours no one came or called bullshit I talk to the lady two different times

I placed an order yesterday. I was told an eta of 3 hours later but still decided to keep the order. my meds didn't show up until after 4 hours later and missing some of my order causing the driver to have to call and refund money as it was so late at night. the driver also didn't come to my door. I won't be ordering from here anymore. the free patient gift preroll was terrible. idk what was in it, but I'm certain it wasn't flower.
I tried to get a order today and waited 3 hours before I had to cancel my order never heard from the driver very unprofessional! I'm disappointed in not getting my meds
I just got my recommendation and spent some time looking at the menus of the different delivery services in this area so I could try a variety of products to determine the right products for me. So far here is what has happened with this particular company:
4:00 PM I called this company after emailing them my information in order to be verified as a prop 215 patient. They told me the email hasn't come through yet and they would call me back in a couple of minutes
4:38 PM I didn't hear anything back from them yet, so I called him again. This time they said they got my email and could take my order. I ordered three different items from their menu and they told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour and a half for a driver to get to me here in Marysville.
Based on that, I was at the meeting spot by 5:15 PM
5:51 PM I got a text from this company saying the driver was 25 to 30 minutes late
6:29 PM I still haven't heard from their driver, and I texted them asking whether I should keep sitting here?
6:45 PM Over 2 hours AFTER my initial call and I have been sitting here in my truck waiting for an hour and a half. No one is returning my texts or my voicemails
We will see how this saga unfolds. But these are the facts of what happened to me when I tried to do business with this collective

I am a 22year old medical user I have bad asthma attacks and also have bad nerve damage and PTSD today I needed meds badly I tried to contact other services and was unable to get through I was talking to the person that answers the phone and because of me not living in the area I was a basically denied my meds witch is not good thankfully I have got through another company that has provided me Fast and helpful service I must say I am very disappointed in this company
Heard great things . People are way too impatient I don't mind the wait I always have bud to puff on while waiting . I've heard nothing but good things about your bud and prices
