Just had a delivery from "House of Holistics," and I feel I should point out a few things. Alwayse carrying adequate medication for any ailment, and at a price that doesnt break me, HoH is a company that takes their responsibility to their patients well-being very seriously. On top of the quality meds, the staff is friendly, courteous, caring, and very informed. The driver is AWESOME, with plenty knowledge about what he carries, alwayse on time, and exceptionally easy to talk to about my disabilities in effort to help find the best medicine which makes every delivery from HoH a pleasant experience. HoH has the best selection of medication on the Central Coast. They carry everything you could need, and the quality of the medicine, (name brand, generic, and/or small or local operation), are very potent, well made, and very well priced. For example their shatters, extracts, and concentrates cover the whole spectrum of medical potency, and one of the best parts is their prices are ALWAYSE more than fair for such quality products. Their driver is alwayse on time, very polite, and informed if I hav any questions. Another best is that he never makes me feel rushed. The receptionist is always an easy, pleasant call. No anxiety, and they alwayse fit me in, even in accordance with my strict schedule, and never complain or act put out as I hav gotten from other companies. Thanks HoH for everything you do.
I have been order from here for over six months and they are awesome!!! I love the girls I make my appointment with they are so professional and so sweet!!! Ray has always been my driver and honestly he's the reason I won't order from anywhere else!! Not to mention they had the best selection and highest quality around!!! Ray knows all his inventory and always gets me what I need! Not to mention he's the nicest guy I have ever met. I'm gonna keep ordering from here for as long as I can. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
It starts nice and classy with the rudest receptionist, possibly in all the world? It's hard to tell, but in the running.
So this woman treats me like a criminal before literally gasping in surprising when my 215 was validated. After assuring me everything was in order we hung up. 30 seconds later she calls back because she forgot several pieces of my information. Odd, but it happens I guess.
After waiting an hour and a half for a local delivery (hey, this is a premium service well worth wait, right?) the driver shows up obviously baked. Hazard of the job, bro? Ok, not so professional, but that's fine; I'm trying to get my meds not make LinkedIn connections.
Filing out new patient papers, something I've done at several dispensaries over the period of two years in which I've held a 215 card, everything looks great. Then he asks for an original document with an embossed seal. What? I've never been issued something like that, although I did get my 215 from a non-local doctor.
We look confused at each other, delivery guy and I. I tell him the receptionist cleared my 215 and was aware that i did not have any documentation on my person aside from my 215 wallet card. He looks blankly before getting nervous and asking to call his boss. Professional as usual, he calls in front of me and speaks to a different woman that confirms that my 215 was validated by the receptionist but to not allow me to become a patient customer...
Ray stands there looking nervous. Telling me basically what I already just heard from his phone, he just kind of stands there a while. Eventually i tell him he should leave. The most awkward and uncomfortable sales rep I've ever seen, so much so I'm not even mad about his failings because it was so comical.
2ish hours later, I'm pissed off and with no medication. Utter waste of time and the worst marijuana experience I've ever had.

We apologize for your recent unpleasant experience with our delivery service. We are in the process of training a new dispatcher and it seems that she dispatched a driver without obtaining the proper documentation from you to obtain a delivery. The necessary items needed for us to legally do a delivery are a California Identification Card / Drivers License, original Physician Statement with doctor’s signature and Embossed State Seal (the state seal is required to verify the physician is licensed & registered by The Medical Board of California). Nonetheless this situation is unacceptable for a reputable business like ours. Our driver hasn’t had that situation occur in the two years he has worked for us so it must have caught him off guard because he knows what documentation is needed. If you would like to give us another shot we would be more than happy to compensate you for this inconvenience. We will need to call your physician and obtain the original recommendation from them due to not accepting anything other than the original recommendation with the raised seal. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and experience.
Driver was awesome respectful and knowledgeable wish I would have got his name explain the differences between a few waxes they got me setup very professional it was a pleasure doing business I will definitely be back

I called HoH for the first time this morning, but I asked for an appointment at a later specific time because of busy schedule, and the receptionist informs me there are already appointments for today and they may not be able to deliver at my specific time(totally understandable), but they would try. Surprisingly, I get a call right on time from the driver to let me know he was 5mins away(awesome). Looking through the flowers, I have to say, it was the best quality medication I've seen all year. Great medical strains, whatever your condition, they'll have something for it. Top grade shatters and other concentrates at great prices. I seriously can't believe I havent tried this company until now. Driver knows the strains and is actually very helpful when it comes to finding what you like or want. Thank you HoH for providing great medications at prices I can afford.

they did brown bags in Los osos before but today they lazy as fuck. the girl said not today so I called canna express and they already know me bye phone number and they do brown bags in Los osos every day they are open o yea canna express wax always weighs out to a gram or over unlike some places
