Excellent service and great products. Real friendly fair prices still to this day! Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do for the community. Good job Greenstar!
Great buds and great guys that deliver. I am never disappointed and we do business with them weekly. Highly recommend.
All I have to say is this is my go to club! The care about the patients are rarely ever late and they have great product. Their delivery service team is awesome. They really do care about the patients and it is rare to find now a days a club that is not all snobby. Keep the good work up!
Greenstar Wellness is my most favorite delivery service in Monterey county. They always arrive within 20-45 minutes, and if they are really backed up they will give a heads up. I have never been disappointed with anything that I've bought. Its very convenient that you are able to choose what you want when they arrive. You're able to see what each type of bud or wax looks like before you decide to buy it, unlike placing your exact order over the phone. Everyone that I've encountered who works there has always been very friendly and respectful. The first time I ordered a delivery i forgot that they were a cash only delivery service, I felt really bad about having to turn down an order after the owner had already arrived. So after I left he called me on the phone and offered to drive me to the nearby store to get cash back so I could complete my transaction! (I didn't have my car at the time). I was satisfied and also impressed. I Highly recommend!!:)
Great flowers great service and always punctual. Mike & crew are the best
I've known the owner, Adrian, for about 3 or 4 years now. I was one of the main delivery drivers for Greenstar back in 2011. One of the things I prided myself on was focusing on patient satisfaction and knowledge of the products. Another Mission was keeping the weedmaps menu up-to-date. Well it seems not much has changed in this, and has seemed to have gotten worse over the years. I called today (Wednesday Janurary 6th, 2016) at about 3pm to inquire as to what strains were available as I knew the menu was out of date since the last time my friend ordered. After putting me on hold, I asked the individual if Adrian was there which he responded no and I informed him that I wanted to get some information about the strains they had as the menu was out of date. As I've said, I've worked for Greenstar in the past and I know being a delivery service makes it difficult to know what is in stock at all times. The guy on the phone stated that they have 8 strains and started to name them. the very first thing he mentioned was their strongest Indica was Jack Herer... I pretty much stopped paying attention at this point... I interrupted his listing of the strain names, to ensure I heard it right, and I asked what the strongest Indica they had and he told me again. Jack Herer is a WELL KNOWN strain, with the genetics going to Sensi Seeds as a Haze hybrid with a Northern Lights #5 and Shiva Skunk cross. Jack Herer is a Sativa dominant strain. If you are going to be in a position of informing patients of the benefits and effects of the strain, you better know what you're saying. That's like going to the Pharmacy to get cold medicine but the pharmacist tells you to get an antacid.
Do some research on the strains, know the grower and the lineage, shopping around Jack Herer as an Indica is just plain incorrect. I'm also pretty sure the "Sour OG" isn't a Sativa either since that's a Kush crossed with Sour D... I'm pretty sure that'll result in an Indica dominant hybrid. Know your strains and make sure your staff knows. Incorrect information like this makes people wary about any of your products and if they are what you say they are.
well steve all i could say is we do our best, John is new to the strain knowledge my apologies, it would of been great if you would of let him know what it really is, rather than having a fit and writing a bad review, The Sour OG is a Sativa Dominant strain, OG Kush's genetics have been up in the air for years in the industry, some analysis show 60S/40I while others the numbers are switched, most put it 50/50 wen you cross it with Sour Diesel you get a Sativa dominant strain, do some research, again sorry about the error we all make them , I know you have in the past also... Peace Bro AG
