I was told they no longer deliver to my area through text after i placed an order and waited. Besides that the wait times are pretty crazy. I've waited over 3hrs at times. i understand its a demanding delivery business but sense they no longer deliver to my area it has given me opportunity to try other providers. I've already had better experiences and better buds. The product here is mediocre at best. id recomend onlybif your new to smoking and looking for a deal.

Picked up an eight of the supposed top shelf skittles and paid the top shelf price. Pros. They arrived on time. Cool. But that's about it. Zkittles top shelf? Like really fam? This is the Bay. A place where it's expected to get premium meds if your willing to pay the extra price.

So I grabbed and Oz of Premium Girl Scout Cookies for $180 and they bring me 2 8ths of the actual GSC and 6 8ths of something that is not GSC by far anyone who smokes knows it. I call back they tell me they're gonna come replace it with the real GSC. Lady gets here tries to take the two 8ths I wanted and give me 2 that I didn't want instead of giving me 6 of the right GSC then tells me there is no more and this is a different batch of the same weed? Basically gave me something I didn't pay for without letting me know or anything terrible!

I have been a dedicated patient of yours for over two years, and I am deeply saddened that my recent experiences with your service over the last few months have been so disappointing.
There has been a steep decline in both product and operational quality and barring some evidence of your commitment to customer service, this will be the last time I use your company, or continue to reccomend it to others.
I understand very well the many challenges of an on demand delivery service, and I am sympathetic as I have worked in the same field. It is very difficult to predict demand, staffing needs, traffic etc... on a daily basis; however, my last several orders have not only not arrived at the later end of the estimated time slot, but often up to 2 1/2 hours later.
This inconsistency and inability to communicate delays effectively have led to me missing appointments and deadlines. Further, you are delivering medicine to patients-a job which requires efficiency, transparency, and reliability.
When I have phoned to inquire about wait times surpassing the 3-hour mark or incorrect orders the dispatcher, although polite, has never offered accurate ETAs, reassurance, or compensation of any kind.
In addition to operational and customer service issues, I was alarmed to find two separate orders of your super shake mix contained bits of bright green plastic and fabric (photos included). It is the disturbing notion that I have been inhaling unsafe product that finally caused me to write to you. I know this is long-winded, but as a longtime customer who has delighted in your service in the past I wanted to pass along my honest concern about the service I've received. As I write this I have been waiting on an order for over 3 1/2 hours. I would greatly appreciate a response to this note, and I sincerely hope that you can continue to improve and grow your business.
Since writing this I received my (altered at the last minute due to inventory issues) order which took over 4 hours and was incorrect and had to be returned to your driver causing me to miss an appointment for the second time today. I also had to stand around on the street with hundreds of dollars of product while searching for your team.

I have never written a review before on any social media website or app but the service i was provided here has been by far the worst service ive received in san diego or the bay area. It took them 4 hours to deliver my order, i never received an apology. One of the chocolates i ordered for my girl was out of stock so they made me chose between two other chocolates. No first time patient deal even tho it was my first time ordering here ans no incentive what so ever to make up for the delay. This is absolutely no way one should do business. Never ordering again.

I used to love this place. Awesome product for reasonable prices plus a free eighth for over $50 purchases. Over the summer, prices increased, they removed the free eighths incentive, and their customer service went downhill. I called to place an order but was told to do it online. I was able to get to the website but it would time out when trying to place an order. After 20 min I called cause it states if you're having trouble, call in and a staff member will take it over the phone. I called and the person went into this long speech about doing it online, having a new system. . . without letting me get a word in to tell her that their site kept timing out. They fixed that while I was on hold for over 10 min and told me to retry. I was finally able to place my order and was informed 60-90min. 2hrs later I call and was told they were behind but it will be delivered that night, don't worry. 30 min they call to sat they're not coming til tomorrow. I asked about a discount or some compensation for the trouble, but nothing. Smh.

they started shorting me on my orders.. and tried to offer me prerolls to replace the missung flower..so unprofessional. I remember for a short time this place was reliable and affordable.. but as soon as summer came around their prices and offers changed. they also used to offer free eighths... too good to be true. the staff suggested to leave a review and it seems they remove the honest ones.. l8r dudes. for those looking for legitimate business try.. Green Team Collective.. they seriously have the best deals and have 100% customer service.. and are consistent unlike this place. good luck "GWD"
I LOVE you guys. Every time I call, I speak with a pleasant woman. She is always polite and courteous. The deliveries are always easy and the drivers always have a great attitude. One driver, i wish i could remember his name, he helped me get my stuck bike out of my friend's car. Thanks again for that!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
