I have ordered from this dispensary weekly for the last few years. It's been a couple weeks since I have ordered now. Simply because the quality is lacking, and I think storage is a huge issue, the last 4 or 5 eighths I received were sizzling and felt squishy. Well, if you know anything about buds or Google you can figure out, the buds are wet. It's unfortunate, but I won't be calling here anymore because of the drop in quality. 💔

So on March 7, 2017 I ordered an 8th and a pre roll. The 8th of the Girl Scout cookies looked like shit turds and was none effective if you know what I mean. I have ordered from Top Flower multiple times prior and I've usually had a very positive experience with Tanner/the company.
So when I wrote my review of my experience I get a message two days later from them asking if I still have this crap ass flower and if I would like to exchange it. At this time, it's been two whole days and I have gotten a whole another 8th from different dispensary. Why in the hell would I still have this crap? To make this long ass post short this whole thing ended with bad customer service and bad tree. They'll never get another dime from me.

They usually have this beat flower and of course great customer service, but the flower sucked this time. Lol I wasn't happy with the Girl Scout cookies I got. The flowers looked like small green turds and overall it wasn't worth the money.
Love these guys. I've only used them a handful of times but they're for sure an awesome service. Top notch customer service, quick delivery, patient, and options for days.... I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Tanner is such a great guy and the sign up process went well too. Very easy to get started via delivery. Girl Scout cookies is one of my favorites. The best shop out in this area, the trees aren't as good as Los Angeles, but it'll do for now. Lol

Not sure how this is going to go. 😳 I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and am really bummed that I may need to find a new place. The other day I called for an order and Sarah did not let me know they changed prices and that they would not honor the same deal I have been receiving for years. Let the driver deal with that, not cool. Because then, I did not have the correct change, and you know, they never carry change. So needless to say, I may be looking for a new delivery service or stopping before I leave work from now on because it's just become so hard to do business with Top Flower.
