Every other business (Home Depot, Home Improvement Center, Movies) give you a member or age dscount on all non-sale items. It's just common sense.
GDC is still learning customer service.
I don't get how this place has negative reviews. Every time I have ordered from them they have delivered well within the timeframe specified to me on the phone. Always pick up the phone when I call, always polite and knowledgeable. Great selection of flower and concentrates at better prices than most everyone in town. Drivers are always professional and friendly. I only wish they would bring back Moxie, Rump, or maybe pick up some Gold Coast - I love the current Nameless selection but I miss the really great stuff. I am very glad to see you guys brought back a shatterday deal even if it's not the old dogo all shatter deal. The shatterday deals are what keeps me coming back! Much love!

I've been waiting 4 days to get my rec verified and I've still gotten no response haha. Whether it be through call, email, or through their website, I've still heard nothing back from them. In my opinion green cuisine seems extremely unorganized. Sad to say because I've heard so many good things ;(

Green Cuisine's service is as stellar as its product. The people are helpful, patient, willing to work with you and give advice when asked. I can't say enough good things about GC. It's perfect if you're new like I was or a regular. Everything is reasonably priced and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

GCD emailed me yesterday. They'd taken the effort to contant me, updated my rec by phone, said sorry for the experience & offered a discount on next order.
So here is my take: GDC is a small, emerging business trying to do it all, including costomer service. Compared to Amazon or Ebay, they can't match that level of service we Internet or phone customers expect. If you can get a pizza delivered in 30 minutes or less...
That said, I'm impressed with GCD's effort, & if there is an issue they try to make it right. Five stars for that!

Saying you have good customer service is easy. Actually providing customer service takes time, money, and a little bit of effort.
Your response reinforces your lack of customer service. You don't see how inconveniencing existing customers is a problem. Speed of delivery? BS, delivery time is extended because your existing customer has to do a tedious chore for no reason. Driver's going to take a picture when he gets here regardless.
Your "unsure of what happened"? Was my review unclear? Don't you know your own proceedures?
Finally,"call us". So after I write a detailed review, you want me to call you after telling me your "unsure of what happened". Is there any more work I need to do for you because of your bad customer service?
If you care call me & I will repost. If you can't figure out what existing customer called on the day of the original complaint, was told "I'm here all alone..just sent it to the website." when I ask for details... Did you get the two emails I sent on that date? ... they didn't come back .
Let's see a little customer service. Call me.

Long time customer.
For years, when my physician recommendation was due, the driver would come by with delivery, take a pic, all good.
Apparently a few, & we can assume NEW cousomers try to use a phony document. A very small, infrequent cost for GCD.
They solved this minor problem by punishing all current costomers. Now all existing patients must email a pic of thier updated recommendation BEFORE they will deliver.
I've spent thousands of dollars with GCD, never missed a delivery, & tip the drivers. And GCD won't deliver without me first sending a picture of what the driver will take a picture of.
What a horrible customer experience. What a slap in the face. Oh, I sent the picture in twice) and never heard back.
I would recommend you order from someplace else. I know I will in the future.
We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience, we have made some changes regarding how we handle new/renewing members for convenience and to speed up delivery times however if a member cannot send in a picture for any reason usual protocol is to verify your recommendation over the phone and have the driver take a picture of it. We are unsure of what happened in your particular case because that is not how we would like Green Cuisine to be represented, please give us a call and ask to speak to a manager so we can try to remedy the situation.
