specifically asked for an indica or hybrid and i was given sativa /: i wouldn't mind so much if i hadn't clearly noted that sativa makes me anxious... other than that the delivery time was quick and easy. Just bummed on my meds.
this place is incredible, I accidentally posted to one star reviews so I'm trying to cancel them out with some five stars. If I can find a way to delete these four reviews and just keep my awesome ones I posted earlier I will. Sorry guys, I am trying to fix this this, but in the meantime I can't let everybody know that your quality is excellent, your servers are awesome, your prices are great, and I've never waited very long for a delivery from you

I may be a spoiled California stoner, but having a patient wait 3 1/2 hours for their medicine is just outrageous! Now before you think I'm just whining, I was told a one to one and a half hour wait.. So after patiently waiting, I decided by the hour pass ETA mark to call for a new ETA. I was then told I would be texted, by my local office, an ETA. After 45 minutes I called again and was given the phone number to my local office. After calling them, and tracking down my order status, I was told that my order was almost there. Just shortly after the driver called for a 10 minute heads up. Upon the arrival of my medicine, I then went through a miscommunication from office to office whether or not my card had been charged for the order yet or not, where I found myself furthermore waiting in a strangers car for nearly 10 minutes until I was told that I had not been charged and that I needed to get my card from the house. Now after finally paying, nearly 4 hours after I order, I can finally say I'm eating just decent edibles.. Thanks for the meds, but I could have driven to the Bay Area for some bomb bud in the time it took for two edibles to reach my parking lot. Maybe next time I will just do that instead... Or just call Green Cross deliveries 🔥
I am unsure why that had happened to you. I am so sorry for the inconvenience that the driver had taken so long. If you give us a call to our helpline at (805)415-0130, we can give you a free gift for the mishap. As well as make sure your information on file is correct to avoid further discrepancies. However, we do not process credit cards whatsoever before the member has the medication in their hand's. I am a bit confused as to why you had to wait for that to happen considering that is not how we operate. Interesting ending there, good luck to that delivery service!

I've been waiting for 3 hours at this point. They have amazing deals and the people are nice, but they have to get their shit together with these delivery times. Idk what the point of ordering in advance is if it still takes you guys until after you close to get me my stuff. It's ridiculous, and I would rather pay more and get my meds than sit and wait hours with the worst migraine of my life. I know most of your customers probably just want to get stoned. Some of us actually use marijuana medically because we need it to not be in excruciating pain. Again, nothing against the people there. They are all very nice and respectful. The bud is good and They have the best deals in town. Delivery times are just awful.

I have ordered from Green Cuisine a couple times now, and I am super impressed by the quality and efficiency. They are always over to my place within an hour or so, and the process while they're here is seamless. They know who I am when I call and there is no nonsense involved. I need not shop around other locations or deliveries in this area because Green Cuisine always gives me the best stuff with the best selection.
I've NEVER had a bad experience ever and have been using green cuisine for all my medication needs for a long time now. The prices are awesome the quality is even better, but what really makes them better then the rest is the excellent customer service I receive everytime I call! I've even had there receptionist go out of there way to accommodate my needs! Always happy! keep it up thank u!!!! Bianca
Why haven't the emails been going out for the member deals? Look forward to those hookups, asked about them a few times and was told to wait for the email. GC honored the WW deal this week when I asked, but still no regular emails.
There is no reason why you shouldn't be receiving our amazing member deals. Please give us call ask to speak to a manager so that we can troubleshoot the matter with you.
