Georgia Cannabis was created in order to assist qualified, certified low THC oil patients in the state of Georgia obtain the medicine that has been recommended to them.
In April 2015 the state of Georgia enacted the Haleigh's Hope Act, a law which decriminalized the possession of what the state calls "Low THC Oil" for certain patients.
By Georgia law, all low THC oil possessed by qualified patients must contain less than 5% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and at least an equal or greater amount of cannabidiol (CBD). In addition to the 5% THC cap, the state also failed to create a mechanism for qualified patients to actually obtain their medicine, meaning that patients have had to figure out ways to smuggle medicine from other states, or worse, they've had to buy their medicine (or their child's medicine) from kitchen oil makers. That's not to say that a quality product can not be created in one's kitchen, but it does generally mean that no lab results are available, and the patient has no way to know what they are putting in their (or their child's) body.
GeorgiaCannabis.org was created in order to solve the problem created by the lack of in-state cannabis production. We are able to do this through a very special relationship we have been able to develop with a completely organic, patient-centered collective in a state where the production of these products is legal. We have worked with this collective to create CBD oils, tinctures and other products that will provide maximum benefit while still being legal under the state's somewhat arbitrary THC cap, which are delivered to you directly from the grower.

I look forward to doing business with you. I have advanced stages of SLE Lupus & Osteoarthritis I'm in a wheelchair I have eating conditions I take numerous meds for pain, anxiety & depression Phenegrin for nausea, muscle relaxers for extreme muscle spasms. There is no cure for Lupus I'm experiencing kidney failure, insomnia from extreme pain. I am maxed out on pain meds with no relief. Years ago I smoked occasionally but stopped in fear of loosing my meds. I definitely saw improvement when I smoked. I look forward to hearing from you after I send you a copy of my card. So unfair to suffer. We have even considered relocating to be where I can get relief.
Thank You so much for answering
