They never have the flower I order online. I get a call 5 minutes after I have place to order online within customer service representative telling me that they do not have the flower that I ordered. And this happens all the time there has never been an order that I place where they did not call and tell me that they did not have the flower

Twice they hAve delivered wrong thing been a pain to deal w and say they’d switch it out next day then they never do or now say it’s been too much time when they were ones that said it was too late night before and also the ones who charged me more then what product I actually received cost

Sunderstorm 5 must have it part of its business model to only fill their bottles up some of the way, and then they purposely have no seal sealing dropper top w bottle so that it isn’t too obvious. I love their products and buy them all the time, and am willing to pay a lot for them bc they are so good. Most times if they are even 3/4 full I keep it but when it’s less than half ( and all 5 bottles they brought were I opened in front of an employee the second time they were shocked too)

Ordered a 1/4 oz and got 1/8 oz instead just today. When I tried to call it went straight to voicemail and said that they werent accepting any calls. This is really unprofessional and will take my business elsewhere.

I really enjoy purchasing from Ganjarunner. They have a great selection and the best prices for delivery. I always shop on no tax Tuesday, which they have every Tuesday! Such a great deal. They even accept credit card payments through the Vault app which is super convenient and easy to use. Jerrome was my delivery driver tonight and he was kind and professional. He even called to notify me that he was on the way, which I find very thoughtful as I sometimes forget I am waiting for a delivery. I wish more delivery drivers were like Jerrome!

This is the best delivery service I’ve seen. They have it all. Their website offers legitimate products you’d find at any storefront dispensary. Great prices and special deals. They accept debit/credit cards. Very communicative customer service. Orders are guaranteed to arrive within 90mins. You get a GPS link to your delivery person when the order is on the way. One time I had an issue with a disposable vape pen (not their fault...it happens) and received an email reply, plus an immediate refund within the hour. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on.

Legit took 3 hours to deliver a vape pen on a tuesday afternoon and they didnt even honor the new customer package as advertised on weedmaps. Used promo code so got the discount so there was at least that. Also, was told to have exact change, i made sure to and when he got there he said to round up to nearest dollar. Luckily i had a dollar in quarters. Will be ordering from eaze delivery service next time.

Ganja Runner has been the most irritating delivery service I’ve attempted to use. I tried to order 3 different kinds of flower tonight through their website. Upon checkout I’m informed that I need to download the Vault app to make a credit card payment. Kind of a pain but I understand that most banks won’t work with marijuana services at the moment. I finish downloading the app and go back to their website to complete my order only to be told one of my selections is out of stock. I selected something else and confirmed my order. Thinking every thing was okay I went to take a shower. I get out and notice a voicemail. It’s a rep from GR saying another one of my selections is out of stock and that I need to call them back. I call back, get left on hold, and then the call cuts out. I call back a second time only to be told the initial call was a mistake; what I ordered wasn’t out of stock. Before the call disconnected the rep says, “let me check to see if you are eligible for same day delivery.” WHAT!? What delivery service isn’t same day delivery? The rep tells me the order has been placed and that I would receive my product in about 90 minutes. An hour goes by and I get another call. At this point I think it is the driver calling to inform me of their arrival. NOPE! It’s another rep calling to inform me that the product I ordered wasn’t in stock. He asks if I’d like to make another selection and informs me that a driver still hasn’t been dispatched because my order was never confirmed. At this point I cancelled my entire order. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be attempting to order from this service again. UPDATE: At exactly 12:16pm the following day I received *another* phone call from GR. It was the delivery driver calling to inform me that he would be at my house in 40 minutes with my order... the order that I cancelled the previous night. This company has some serious communication issues. What an absolute headache this experience has been.

I ordered online at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before they closed. At 10:10pm, I get a text saying that they're closed for the night and won't deliver my order. At this point, I had waited 40 minutes and all the other delivery services were closed.

Okay so let just say.. I didn't think it could worse than some of my other delivery experiences but they def topped the cake. 1st of all customer service is really nice.. Unfortunately nine of the 4 ppl I had to talk to were able to assist me. I was going to spend alot of money but the pricing couldn't even get right in the cart before checkout.. After talking to the FIRST rep, she more than convinced me to remove several items from my cart (while otp w/her) because she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about! Now im back in the 100-120 price range (average for me) orders placed.. Call back because cart is still not reflecting right.. Next rep tells me last rep was wrong fixes everything, correct total and delivery sent.. 2 1/2 hours later.. No order.. Call back 3rd rep.. 4th call.. More apologizes.. Order replaced.. Told wait up to 1 1/2 hours if no update call again.. STILL NOTHING!! Been super understanding but now im hella irri.. Call support more apologies and a hold.. StillNOorder
