Your company refuses to compensate me for your mistake and I will keep making complaints about it. You stole money from a disabled veteran on a limited income. Drivers have too much attitude and are rude when delivering.

Great customer service
Very friendly, fast and great customer service. I ordered over the phone and guy was polite and helped me with my order in a very professional manner. I got text updates with order status and arrival time. Delivery driver let me know when he was 5 minutes away. When he arrived he was also very professional. Definitely staying with these guys!

Great first order
Made my first order through Ganjarunner the other day, smooth process all the way through. The website is extremely well-made compared to most cannabis delivery services, offering one menu with immediate items, and a separate scheduled menu with an ever larger selection. Additionally, their deals and promos are very easy to access with a section at the top of the site specifically for savings. Overall a great experience and I’ll be ordering again soon :)

My first time! I was impressed by Candice, who helped me sign up and order what would be a good thing for me. The site is easy to use. The variety of products is awesome! Delivery by Brown Suga was very discreet, she was sweet and funny! And next day free delivery is the best thing ever! I am grateful to Ganjarunners for being there for me! Thank you! Order went smooth. Operator let me know the delivery would be within an hour and to contact them if it was over on time. So I did and then she touched base with the driver for an eta. The driver arrived in that window. With delivery services I really value honesty and communication. Super nailed customer experience and I appreciate that. I’ve had too many vague responses with multi hour wait times from other delivery services. I will absolutely be bookmarking this shop. Also the flower I got smells super pretty and is just as nice as she described. Thank you for the recommendation.
