I have yet to receive my 200$ order that was made on January 4th. I am happy for those who have received there replacement package but unfortunately mine is still in limbo. Contacted them multiple times & lost tickets. Once I received a email saying they were behind on shipping out replacement packages and to change my ticket from urgent to normal and I never even had it marked urgent. They are in reliable and I was a costumer for 6 months and ordered biweekly and never had a problem. My first order lost was December 18 then January 4th. I would recommend THC Delivery, amazing bud and fast shipping. Another favourite is stashclub. It's hit and miss with GE and eventually you will get burned!!
I've yet to even receive a replacement package why is it everyone else seem to have gotten one except a few individuals ? Speak as if they trying to bump up sales .. there menu hasn't been updated in a while !! Stay alway I recommend you not come here ! They were once legit seem as if they are being kept under a close eye by you know who !

I had two lost orders, one made on December 21 finally arrived last week at the post office because it needed a signature. I am still missing my January 4 order, it has never left Vancouver. I am afraid I am out $200 because they will not answer my emails and lost tickets. Sad because I was a faithful customer and loved them before December.
I placed an order on January 1 for 2 ounces of their weed. I received a tracking number fairly fast, but unfortunately the order ended up in Scarborough Ontario at the Undeliverable Mail Office, along with several other orders. I personally called the mail office and was informed that the package contained an undeliverable substance. I contacted Tom and he personally took care of sending me a replacement order and it arrived today, and I must say that I am very happy with the 2 strains that I ordered. I highly recommend using Ganja Express as your source for premium products for your medical needs. I am very pleased with the Customer Support too! Thanks again Tom for going out of your way to ensure that I receive my order! I will be ordering a couple of ounces of different strains from Ganja Express every month to ensure that I medicate with premium products on a regular basis! I highly recommend using Ganja Express!! It took a month....but after sending 3 emails and opening a Support ticket, I finally got a response and received my Replacement package. I can't say I'll order from these guys soon but I Can say their top grade stuff is pretty strong. Anyway, I got my replacement so I figure I should post this and update my review.

I placed my order Dec 21st and it arrived yesterday. It was almost $500 including $15 Xpress post. I am somewhat understanding considering the packages were taken by CP, however, the correspondence on their part it really bad. As everyone has stated, no answer to emails, phone calls or support tickets. Hopefully they've learned from this recent problem. The banners on their site acknowledging the issues they were having was a start. In the end, the millennial in me feels like I should have been compensated by way of a few samples for the long wait and the Xpresspost that was downgraded to Expedited parcel across the country, as the interception of our packages was obviously caused by a deficiency in their packaging. The pragmatist in me realizes they took a decent hit and I'm grateful to receive my order, and it's actually quite good stuff! I hope they come through and get everyone their orders and get things back on track. Writing this review so people see that there is hope, as I once thought there was none.
