I've ordered twice after they came good on their word by replacing my orders over the holidays and have had no problem since I showed GE by telling them how much I've spent since using the site and said what they would be losing with me not as a customer and they were quick to fix any mistakes and keep a good customer happy I really wouldnt boycott this company over the holiday mishap anyone who's orders are lost your bet best may be to order another shipment and hope everythings worked out or maybe try another MOM
I am so happy for those who received a replacement package but unfortunately mine never arrived. I have left pleasant emails and lost tickets but nothing seams to work. I know I will never get the 200$ worth of product that I paid for but I don't want anyone to be burned like myself. I have been a customer for months, ordering biweekly and never had a problem. Then my order in December was confiscated by the RCMP and my order January 4 has yet to leave Vancouver?? I would not take the chance of ordering from these crooks when there are so many wonderful sites to order from. GE was good while it lasted. I love THC Delivery, fast communication, good quality bud and fast shipping!
After my order being sent to undeliverables mail office and no communication GE finally reshipped my order. I was very upset at the lack of communication, however they did make good on their promise. Therefore I will order from them again. Thanks Tom.
so I've received both my orders one from December 28 and the other from January 4 and I've also received another shipment I ordered on the 3rd and got it on the 6th so for anyone still waiting don't know what to tell you just keep on contacting GE hope this helps I will definitely be continuing my biweekly orders GE is the best quality and price
Okay I just spoke to Tom at GXP. They apparently did not notice my ticket I got lost in the city of tickets that they had received. The point is Tom is replacing my order with some extra goodies. Although I am appreciative of the extras I'm just happy they're back in business I have to say I really enjoyed doing business with them previously. Let's hope the future is better than what Christmas was.

I am still waiting. My order was December 19th I haven't heard from them once. Took my money and ran. I have made five tickets the oldest being 24 days old. It's pathetic. All that for 100 bucks. Too bad because yes I really did like gxp. But I haven't ordered since. I usually order $2 - $400. I was lucky not to loose more but I have yet to see a replacement. Get a phone call. get an email. Far as I'm concerned they stole my money. Nice to see other people or being treated so fairly. Whatever
I have to give them credit for replacing my order on December 20th. It came last week, only problem they snail mailed it, so I had to pick it up at the post office and sign for it. My second lost order was placed January 2 and never left Vancouver. I should add my first parcel from December was taken by the RCMP. Still waiting for a tracking number for my January 4th order or at least a email. It saddened me to write this review after many excellent orders.
I was one of the ones from the Dec 20th fiasco and I can report that I have received a replacement package as well, good on them for not ripping us off, I fully expected the site to close and have them just open up under another name, very thankful to come away only having been very angry and not actually out the $$$
So again, thank you for not ripping me off!!!
Improve your customer service for God sake though
So I did finally get my replacement order from early January after a lot of emails, waiting and frustration. Prior to this, they have been a generally reliable service with decent bud and great prices, but with the way they handled things, I'm not sure I will be coming back. I was promised several times that there would be progress, told to wait a few days, and that action would be taken after that time, and on almost all accounts they failed. They didn't even ship the replacement package on the date that they said they would have. About 3 weeks later the package finally arrives, and its half good half bad. The bulk of my order is replaced with a bag of small popcorn sized buds, with a random acronym, so I have no idea what strain it is. It smokes okay but I'm a little disappointed by it. To their credit however, they did include. I believe about an 8th of another strain I had ordered, so it's not all bad. The kief however is disappointing and not the kind of nice crystal laiden kind you would find in a grinder.
I am a little perplexed and annoyed that they would continue to take orders and people's money, prior to either refunding or shipping people's orders that had been lost. That just seems like bad business practice and has obviously created a lot of unhappy customers and bad press. I'd avoid these guys, at least for the time being, they might be worth trying again once they get their act together. I would quite honestly be willing to try them again but not until their ratings improve or there is some other indicator that they have consistent and reliable service.
