I love this place! The sigh up was quick and the delivery was also on point. Ordered though a site and got my top shelf order within the hour. The delivery experience was so good! He made it feel very welcoming and safe as I signed the paper work and we chit chatted. I like feeling warm vibes with my bud bartenders and delivery guys/girls, which I totally did and am so happy with! Did I mention the bud is on POINT! Id recommend them to everyone I know!

First of, I'm very happy that I came across FAST n FRIENDLY. From my first interaction of submitting my verification forms to the delivery of my products, it has been a very clear, well executed process. The range of products, acceptance of credit cards (!), and the GPS delivery tracking system makes this place unique. But at the end of the day, it's the staff that made this expirence possible. The first time I ordered the flowers and service were great but they were out of more than a couple of the listed products. The second time I ordered the flowers on my quarter ounce were dry and the quarter contained mostly shake. The third time I ordered they were out of all top and mid shelf indicas and also out of moon rocks, I decided to take my business elsewhere. On another note I left them an awesome review for the first two orders but they didn't even notice.
I apologize for not noticing your past reviews. There has been a lot of changes at this location and we really hope you give us ONE more chance. I PROMISE you wont be disappointed! Your next experience will be a much better one. Give us a call back.
I would give them a perfect rating, but one time they told me they accepted card, then when the delivery person arrived he said that they only took cash. He had to follow me to an ATM, then didn't have any change despite only taking cash. Then I had to go into a store to get change, came back out, was 21 cents short and didn't want to break another bill. The delivery guy then made a huge stink about the 21 cents and made me go back into a store to buy another thing to get the change. It was like a terrible GTA mission.
I'm Sorry You had to deal with this. Our Drivers are supposed to have change for patients, Yes we do accept credit cards, But we did have a problem with our credit card terminals awhile back and had to switch to only accepting cash. Do you remember the drivers name so we can deal with this immediately? Hopefully you can give us another try and let us make things right.
