This was the third time I have used Fast N Friendly. I only get my buds delivered when my car is in the shop. I had no issue getting a delivery in under an hour earlier this week. Today I was told 60-90 minutes. At about minute 86 of my 90 minute wait I got a call from Fast N Friendly stating that the driver had been waiting outside my location for 10 minutes and had to leave to another delivery because I was not answering my phone. I had received zero missed calls and the employee on the phone was insisting that the driver had called me several times. I stated that whatever the problem was had been on their end and not mine because I had my phone with me the entire time and had in fact been checking it regularly to make sure I was not missing my driver. He became argumentative with me and said that he had seen the driver's call record and that I need to make sure I have my phone ready in the next thirty minutes when the driver comes back. I told him I would appreciate it if he would not be accusatory but apologetic as I had already waited 90 minutes and he was asking me to wait an additional thirty. He again stated that I did not pick up my phone for their driver and that she had to leave for another delivery. I did not understand why the driver did not wait at my location for the dispatch to call me as he had no trouble getting me to answer the phone for his call. By the time my driver called her dispatch and he called me, she had decided to leave. I told the employee on the phone to just cancel my order, and AGAIN he told me it was my fault for not answering my phone, and to be ready for my delivery in the next 30 minutes.
At this point I did not trust the driver or Fast N Friendly, so I went downstairs and waited outside in the cold in front of my apartment complex for 30 minutes to ensure I did not miss the driver. After 30 minutes, I called Fast N Friendly back again and was advised the driver was on her way to me. I stated again that whatever was wrong must be on their end, and asked how come I had not received a text message so that I could track my driver, when every other time I had gotten a delivery from them I had received that text. He did confirm I was supposed to have received it, and told me that my driver was actually the owner of the business and would handle the situation with me when she arrived.
13 minutes later, (133 minutes after my initial call) my driver showed up. I watched her dial her cell phone from her car and at that point my cell phone actually did ring. I don't know what to say but I got zero missed called during those two hours, and I received no text so that I could track my driver. Even had there been a malfunction with my phone receiving calls, I still believe 1) the driver should have stayed at my location while she called her dispatch, because I received his phone call immediately and came down. By that point, the driver left and I had to wait an additional 43 minutes. 2) The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and accusatory 3) The driver said nothing of the mistake, made no apologies, and only wanted to make sure I had my reward cards when she showed up. [I had $12 in reward cards, which if anything, she should have let me keep]. I am never using this service again.

Their name says it all. Although they informed me my deliver could be more than an hour, it only took twenty minutes. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time ordering, but my delivery person, Nora was completely professional, gracious and made my whole experience a positive one for sure. Their awesome customer service, and the fact that they take credit cards assures me that i will definitely order from them again and again.

I don't like it when I have to order weed via a delivery service as I cannot see the bud first and I am usually disappointed. When my local dispensary shut down yet again, I had no choice other than to order delivery.
I once again began researching weedmaps to see what my choices were this time. I tried Fast & Friendly because they had a high rating, good reviews a good selection of Indica OG's...which is all I smoke. I want to add that so often when I make my choice based on the menu, which I always check to see if it was recently updated, that several of the best strains are not really available after all.
So I called Fast and Friendly because they had good weed on their menu and good ratings from previous customers. While they took longer to arrive at my home than they said they would, the Gorilla Glue #4 made the wait worth while. I smoked the Gorilla Glue and I would like to report that it is worth it's high price and I have been right where I've wanted to be ever since...LOST IN SPACE!!!
