Yesterday I ordered an ounce of shake, and was deeply disappointed. What I got was most definitely trim. Their menu even said it was shake, and not trim but that is not the case!!! I feel real cheated, and won't be ordering from them again.
At first glance, you might think that the prices are a little high, but they have so many great deals for both new and returning patients that in the end, for me anyway, they ended up being cheaper than the other dispensaries! It's very easy to order, you can either call or text or I believe go on their website, and they have a HUGE selection. Everything I've ordered from them, with the exception of an edible that they didn't make, has been high quality and well worth the price. The drivers I've had have been super friendly and very very professional. One thing to note is that they do charge tax, but as I said before they do have a lot of patient deals that end up making the price go way down (for example if you use cash for your purchase they give you a card that gives you 10% of whatever your total bill was as store credit for next time and it never expires).
** UPDATE ** Okay, so I had a big mess today (MY mess, not theirs) and they were unbelievable in how fantastically they handled it. I had a very large and complicated order, I needed to exchange a piece of gear, and I wanted to apply various discounts including a cash back card. The kicker was that my phone wasn't able to make calls (I could only text) so it COULD have been a giant pain in the a$$, EXCEPT that they have an awesome person named Taylor there who knows how to handle this kind of order. Taylor was very upbeat, friendly, efficient and EXTREMELY helpful. Everyone I've interacted with has been cool but Taylor really kicked posterior for me today and deserved a special shout-out. I can honestly say I don't know of ANY dispensary - delivery or store front - that I've been to that would have handled this particular Gordian knot even a fraction as well as Fast n Friendly did. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

My first purchase with fast n friendly was GREAT. After a short mixup on my order, everything was promptly handled and the operator was apologetic for the mistake. The verification process was relatively speedy, and the female operator who took my order was accommodating of my price maximums and other requests. The bud that I received was good quality, and they gave lots of little edible samples. I love their 10% cash back option, because I always pay in cash. Check the website for deals because they have some great ones to take advantage of. Winston was even spoken, polite, and overall pleasant to speak to when I was placing my second order and I have high hopes for a stable relationship with them as my local delivery service. I am sad to see that other users in my area have had a negative experience, and do encourage fast and friendly to rectify the situation because they have amazing potential for growth in the Ventura county area.

honestly doubt weedmaps even allows enough space for me to type out the entirety of the mess that is the experience that I have had with this place... so I'm just going to try and sum it all up best I can.
Every single time I've called this delivery service, I've has issues with them.. either they didn't have stock, or their pricing wasn't correctly reflected on their website, or their deals were apparently lacking some very key details- but it was always SOMETHING.
This time was no different, and after a very confusing, frustrating, and drawn out ordering process- what I finally received was NOT what was shown on the site and the extra 20$ worth of "free bud" was just insulting-- almost entirely stem, something I've NEVER seen from a dispensary or delivery service before.
When I called to complain about the order I was delivered- I spoke to someone who was extremely helpful, apologetic, and seemed determined to set my order right. This person spoke to me with respect, unlike the person I placed the order with. This person spoke like someone running a business should.
Minutes after an exchange had been set up- I received another call by a lady who essentially called just to say "but why don't you like it?," rudely I might add, and after this had already been explained on the call setting up the exchange. After I explained myself YET AGAIN, the call was ended and I continued to wait for my delivery driver to arrive and to make the exchange. (Who I might add, when she arrived, was ALSO very apologetic and nice enough)
A short while later, (before I received the exchange, ) I received a call from "quality control," saying that they almost didn't take my order because of my wife expressing frustration in the background. Their website clearly states a spouse may order- but she wasn't ordering or even addressing them regardless, but rather expressing her concern and frustration to me about wasting my minutes and having to go through a ridiculous process every time I want to order from this specific delivery service.
On my call with Quality Control, I was told that if this "incident" continued, they would no longer deliver to me. I told them that after everything, I no longer planned to use their service again anyways. Afterwards, I was told "fine, then we'll just go ahead and mark you as won't deliver to you." Does most of the people who work this service speak in the most unprofessional manner 24/7 or what?
After this call, it seemed obvious to me that the man who took my first order had taken my wife's comments personally and purposely sent us a crummy order. Once I had initially received my order and called to complain, I think that person who took my order realized that he wouldn't get away with his actions and made a last-ditch-effort to turn it around on us. (Which is where quality control came in)
Even though I never wanted to use their service again, I also can't stand the idea of others being ripped off or taken advantage of. I didn't/don't want it to happen again to anyone else regardless and I believe that anyone responsible for this mess should be met with disciplinary/corrective action to ensure that.
I tried to call and speak to someone in charge or in management- but I was never put through to someone. I was told by the employee who took the call that they believed my complaint was just because I was blacklisted- even though that hadn't actually take place until AFTER I said I didn't wish to use their service again EVER.
When I mentioned this, she said "well we get lots of new customers every day," and it became obvious to me that pleasing patients is NOT of any importance to this delivery service and I hope that my review can dissuade at least a few people from using them again.
Jclausen76 you left this review 19 days ago!!! You have ordered from FnF 4 times. And you have complained about something every visit. We have done everything in our power to treat you as a valued patient. But once you start to disrespect my staff members, you left me with no choice but to ban you!!! As per our phone conversation I expressed to you that your wife could not be yelling in the background using profanity with my staff. You didn't want to hear it, so you again left me no choice but to ban you. Unfortunately you felt like making up things and leaving a bad review on my weed maps page was going to hurt us. It's not!!! We provide a professional service, and we stand by our customer service as well as our products!!! What we don't stand for are rude asshole patients!!! I'm sure that you will find someone to deal with it. But FNF will not!!! Have a nice day.......

FAST n FRIENDLY (OPEN LATE!) - Agoura Hills/Westlake
My first order here really knocked my socks off. I was very pleased with every product., everything I tried was better quality than anything I've gotten anywhere else on this side of LA. Unfortunately, my second order was not quite as pleasing. Their menu hadn't been updated- and I see now, still doesn't seem to have been- to reflect they were out of what I was trying to order. (dragonfire true og)
They did say they had half a gram left- and I was told they also had another high end concentrate, dragonfire- green crack. However, later I was called to be told they also didn't have any of that. Ultimately I ended up purchasing four grams of concentrate- only half a gram of which was what I was actually after to begin with. I still had high hopes for the rest being that they were all dragonfire and my experience with that brand had been so far, pretty great- however it was lacking this time around. The taste has been awful and can only be described to me as smoking a sunflower seed. Beyond taste, the medication wasn't bad- but it just wasn't on par with what I thought it would be.
I'll definitely order from here again in the future, I just hope the majority of my experiences going forward are more like my first rather than my most recent.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, but the free edibles and deals they have are pretty awesome and make them unique in comparison to any other service around.
