In the past few months I've ordered with George who has been AMAZING and the reason I continue to use Organiks for delivery! He always hooks it up and if there's ever an issue is quick to resolve it (although in the past year any bumps have been rare) super dependable and George takes the initiative to make sure I am always happy with my order. Last time they ran out of my favorite product and George informed me as soon as they got it in that allowed me to set up a delivery

I was a client with Fast & Friendly before they become 831 Organiks. This review is specifically for the customer service online through the chat. I have social anxiety, so that might explain my severe reaction, but it doesn't excuse the tone being taken by "bill" or whoever "weedman" is. I'm already crawling out of my skin with anxiety, I don't need someone on the other end of a support chat giving me attitude... I just don't.
I received a text with a promo, but in the text the link was shortened. I prefer to use my computer to view things, so I did and went to their website, but couldn't find any of their promo items. When I asked the chat for support, the person on the other end was incredibly rude and demeaning. They stated that no one in my area ever orders on their website, and why didn't I click the link? The link was correct, it was me who was wrong for going to their website. Clearly, I should have known better than to go to a company's website after said company sends me a text. Even though there was no instruction "Go to Weedmaps"; it was a shortened link.
I don't appreciate being spoken down to. I don't know if this was this person's first day in customer service, but I would recommend being kinder. If your client has a question or is confused by something generic sent by your company, maybe apologize for the confusion instead of using accusatory language.
0/10 customer service. 100% would recommend going elsewhere if you have any type of anxiety, because their support will not be kind to you and make things worse.
