I use to be YOU. Yes, YOU. Sitting there reading the negative reviews thinking "Whoa, that person must of have had either a rough day or just usually has a bad/negative attitude." That was ME. I'm the most Positive, Friendly, Understanding and MOST Patient person you will EVER meet with nothing but Aloha for everyone who finds a reason in everyones faults. The fact that I'm on here right now? Trust me, you wanna read this. It is 8:26pm as I write this. Elemental closes at 9pm. Remember this. I placed an order with Elemental Wellness this morning. My husband & I have been customers since we came across them this past January. Shoot, I even left them a Yelp comment bragging about how awesome they are. I voted for them when the contest for "BEST DISPENSARY" was going on because Hey! I truly believed they WERE the BEST but hey that $10 buck's off for voting for them was nice too. I ordered what was advertised online which was a favorite of ours. When I finally look at my order, I see that the THC is NOT what it is as advertised online. Yes, it matters! it's a huge difference in comparison. I thought to myself "What?!" so I call them. I explain. What happens? After being put on hold for quite awhile, I'm told that this has to go higher up. Someone will call me today or tomorrow. I immediately got frustrated. I bought this TODAY. Why would this be fixed TOMORROW?! This was at 2:23pm. I'm placed on another hold then told a Manager will call me back. I said TODAY? I was raised with manners so when she said yes I thanked her for her time AND apologized if it caused HER any frustration. Manager calls me a little while later. You'd think OH thank God, a Manager. No. Right from the get go I was treated like I was out for some sort of Freebie, like a Chronic. Like I am full of S***. They wanted a picture. My phone cut out, Rosie left a message she would e-mail me. Waited a couple minutes then called back. This time when I asked for her, apologized my phone cut out as soon as my name was mentioned the whole tone changed. Placed on hold for a long time yet again until Adrianne get's on the phone talking to me like I'm some sort of little kid then requesting the picture. Hey, the picture would of already been there if Rosie would of sent the e-mail before she took her break. I politely got off the phone enraged. All of a sudden, Rosie calls back! Did I send the picture...NO. I didn't receive the e-mail. Puts me on hold yet again. Boom! e-mail comes in. Politely but furiously I get off the phone. I send the e-mail with pictures including what they advertised & what MY jar says as well as how they treated me. This was at 3:41pm. (You see how long this has taken already?) at 4:25pm I received an e-mail from Rosie that this was some sort of Misprinting and I would be hearing from them shortly. They were trying to get this matter fixed right away. I gave them until 6:38pm before I gave them a call again. MORE than enough. Do you know what happens? You won't believe this. I was as SHOCKED as you are and so severely disappointed. Girl answers. I ask for Rosie because after all Rosie SAID she would be calling shortly and isn't it CRUCIAL in customer service that when there is an issue it is handled in a timely manner and the customer is treated with the upmost respect ESPECIALLY when it is your own fault? Rosie left for the day. Is this A*****? Yes. "Oh, let me transfer you to a Manager." Now this is the spit in my face, the moment it shows where you stand with them and how truly you matter as a customer; because they hang up on me not ONCE but TWICE. I do live in an area where I have shady reception but this is what I can tell you with my experience - when a call drops? it says "Call Dropped" it doesn't say "CALL ENDED". I could NOT believe it! Treated me like a liar, treated me like a kid then did this. You know...I recently had an incident with a delivery driver in the last month where he wouldn't honor a 10% off text and made sure I knew how much of a hassle it would be to deliver one 1/8th with a 10% off. Did I call and complain? No. I let it go. (ROB took care of it on his own when noticing and put a credit on my account, thank you ROB!) Did I complain when I was given the wrong strain in the past? NO. I have treated them ALL, even when some of them have obviously had a bad day, with nothing but RESPECT, ALOHA & UNDERSTANDING. So please tell me this. As a customer who has spent $2051.70 since Jan 11th 2018 at this shop, what could I have ever possibly done to be treated this way? What have any of us ever done really that we get anything but outstanding f****** service from these places. Since "legalization" we as the public have been getting treated pretty much like beggars, or that we should be mind blown with the quality. Blackwater style transports and tax out the a** is not legalization. We are all being shook down.

I genuinely never want to use their service again, the absolute frustration I've had to go through using the terrible website, horrid phone system, and well meaning, but ineffectual staff. I'd had it, I thought I was done, but oh no, to top it all off, the only way they deliver to my area, is when you hit the $200 minimum, which I didn't find out, till I hunted down that page on the website trying to figure out why I couldn't order, and guess what? That page does nothing too. I almost feel bad that I'm doing this much damage to the average rating, but frankly, it's well earned.
First, I can't thank Rob enough for helping me with my first time. Not only did he tell me how to get a card online, he spent a lot of time going over my options and what would work best with my situation. The products I received were awesome and have spoken with Rob since then and received more great recommendations. Truly great customer service! There is absolutely no need to shop anywhere else! Thank you Rob!
Brand new and bursting on the scene with a new sense of professionalism sorely lacking in this area. By phone budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery guy on point, courteous, friendly and most importantly, hella succinct.
Pricing seems to be worth it for lab tested, quality controlled and properly packaged product. Got a decent amount and they have returning patient deals too? Might just be you got me for life...
Did I mention they gave us a cozy for our cold drink? I’m gonna use it to hold my green tea :)
