I picked up 4 of these packets from ashe Society a few weeks ago. They're a great value, $7 ea out the door. I like that the effects are 100% consistent with the exception of onset time. For me, one 25mg capsule is great when I'm starting my day, and I need to get stuff done. In the evening I take 2 sometimes 3 and I'm sleeping like a baby. My only issue is that the onset time varied greatly, I always take them on an empty stomach. A few times, they would kick in within 1 hr, and other times, it would take 2-3. For the price they are really good.
