I never ordered from the old site (before mid-march), but I wanted to try this one because I'd heard that they went legal. You do have to do a medical consult (only 1-2 mins) but once you get that done then you can order as much as you like. I've placed 2 orders now, the second being super quick since they already had my prescription. Shipped asap and the product was really good. Definitely all worth it.

Started strong but their customer service seriously declined. No longer a customer. Product quality decreased as well. Broken items sent to me and no reply for replacement. They’re always out of stock as well.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Up until march 23/24th 2019 this website was nothing but AMAZING. No complaints about anything. Ever since then they have changed and now the website offers poor selection at poor prices. I placed an order on march 23, have still not recieved it, and customer service is no longer responding to my emails. Very poor customer service as they have stopped communicating with me and i dont know how to reach out to them.

My experience with this seller was not a good one. Initially I had received a number of shipments from CWD and all was well. Then one day I received a bottle of tincture with the seal broken and half the contents missing. I contacted the seller and they quickly issued me a credit on my next order for the value of the missing product. After that there were a couple of more orders received with no problem. Then one day I receive a shipment from CWD that was to contain a Flyte vape pen and a refill cartridge. All I got was the cartridge. That's when the trouble started. I emailed the seller but there was no response. I continued to email the seller over several weeks but was met with silence. Finally in frustration I contacted the seller and suggested that I may have to post my negative experience online. At that point I received a reply. "Sara" answered me claiming that she hadn't received any of my emails. She offered to send me the pen and a 15% discount coupon provided I placed another order. I answered asking her to simply send me the pen. I explained that the 15% coupon was of no use to me because I couldn't do business with them anymore. The next shipment could be missing something and I'd be on the hook for that as well. How could I be sure that they'd got a handle on their shipping issues? That's the last I ever heard from CWD. I never got the pen. So friends it cost me $18 for the following lessons. Firstly, to all sellers, you need to triple check your shipments before they go out the door. That's the only way you can protect yourself from dishonest buyers. For example, shipments from Canada Kratom Express come with a card bearing the signature of the person who packed your order. These people are serious about getting it right. Secondly, to all buyers, if you have a seller make good on a shipping error, you need to seriously consider ending your relationship with that business. With any subsequent shortage you may be held suspect as I clearly have been in this case. You may be made to pay for their shipping mistakes. And thirdly, if email is the only contact option provided, be aware that the seller can simply ignore you if it suits them. A phone number or at least online chat would be better. CWD is a good seller until after the first shipping error. Then you're on your own.

Sent me a defective product (instead of the product I ordered!) and flat out refused to send a replacement or process a refund or even store credit. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Wow I don't know or understand whsf happened to this company or site. It was fantastic up to mid March with a greaf variety of product and edibles. Now it's all gone and has very little product and a lot of junk. I referred many friends saying you were great but not anymore. What happened. Can you at least tell us and explain. Terrible!

Not what it once was

Overnight this store changed from easily one of the best sites to order to easily one of the worst. All products have been taken down and replaced with overpriced garbage.

So overnight the site totally changed, now its fronting as a legal business but is totally not, got rid of almost all the product and changed the name to Canada Med Dispensary. Super fishy stuff. Prices all went up as well and all the deals vanished, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same. Back in 2018 I would have instantly recommended these guys, I don't know what happened but it's definitely not the same people running it now and I can no longer recommend them

Two delayed shipments in a row

They failed to update their customers if inventory from their distributors is delayed or back ordered. I had to reach out and find out why my shipment wasn't out yet. They offered a 20% discount, which I used on my next order. Guess what next order same story, I had to reach out to find out that there was a delay. They USE to be great, but that was in the past. I would avoid using their service and go with the 100 other online retailers of flowers and vapes. Ignore the reviews from 2018, things really went downhill in 2019. Sad to say they lost a loyal customer, I use to advocate for them between my circle of potheads, but now I warned them to stay away unless they are happy with getting the product in 2-3 week increments from when you place your order.

After the Sunday shit-show (March 24/19) the site is stripped of product. What is there is double the price, a total rip off now. This WAS the only place I purchased my flower and other products. I’ve emailed their support twice only to get a scripted response. They have lost a very loyal customer since you opened for business. As Mr Wonderful says “you’re dead to me” Stay away. Not the same business anymore. 0 out of 5 stars.

The site was down all day Mar 24/19. Mar. 25/19 it's back up. Their inventory is stripped down to product with the "official" thc tax logo and 90% of inventory has vanished. They just lost me as a customer.
