Drivers not attentive during transaction. Overcharged on transactions due to driver not being alert. Not professional at all. Spoke with the person in charge, all they did was make an excuse on why I was delivered the wrong item, his excuse,what I ordered had a similar name and was overcharged because he was a new driver. All i wanted was an apology not a justification for there mistake that's reoccurring. Will go elsewhere to do business

First off customer service was piss poor. Person you contact would rather argue than try to find a solution to the issue. My issue was getting delivered both wrong products. I knew this would be an issue when I saw the driver pull up and bring out a suitcase of wax and flower and just grab the first two he saw on top. WILL NEVER RETURN.
