I usually order cause they are open the latest but DO NOT order gummies, I ordered 3 bags of edipure and they were all completely melted together, waste of money.

Called to order, sent a pic of my ID. They asked for a clear pic so I sent another. They asked again and I sent a third pic. Then they called and said they only received the first one and tried to “refresh her system” and then asked if I could just email it. I emailed the pic and they confirmed receipt, told me the delivery would be there within an hour. After 2 hours they sent me a message that the driver was another 45 minutes out so I just canceled. I would not recommend this service unless you have all day to wait for it, don’t believe their “under an hour” delivery.

Called and placed an order. Hour and a half later I get a call that the driver's car broke down so it would be another "hour". Also they had none of the cartridges I ordered so I had to change the whole order. Another hour and a half and they finally arrived. Cartridges came in little tubes that were not sealed and came with no other packaging.

At least give me a eta and receipt right after my call, I shouldn’t have to call a hour later just to get put on hold. What’s the point of even making a order or even callin? If your street dealer replies faster then these guys that’s saying something lmao. Hire new customer service and drivers already. Straight joke. Don’t take them as a reliable source. Hit your dealer up instead. You got a better chance at a response 😂

Service is good and I have ordered on 3 different occasions. However the flower is some of the worst I have seen in a long time. Each time I asked for top shelf bud and each time it is filled with seeds stems and has hardly any bud on it. Save your money and go to an actual storefront.

Okay so I callI em made my order then 30 min pass by saying they don’t have the strains I wanted, that’s fine I figured. I chose different strains they said cool they would be here 30 min tops. 1 hour passes by they call me saying they don’t have the strains that I literally re-chose. And to top it off that “my order would take an additional hour” even tho I had been waiting almost 2 hours already. Like couldn’t they let me know a lil earlier?. Like what are they even doing for 2-3 plus hours? Sleeping? watching a Netflix marathon? I feel like the employees need to get their fingers out their A$#, they can’t seem to get a simple task done. I’m not here to discriminate you I’m just being sincere, because I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I’m still a fan of your products regardless. But Unfortunately your customer service is ran by 13 year olds who just discovered pot. Ay hopefully that’ll change one day? Enough said tho. Have nice day.

On two I know stupid me two occasions they showed there true colors. Over four hours on one and they other never even showed waited over 6 hours.

They deleted my last review. So here’s another one. Took 3 hours to get a delivery that was over a gram short. Way too expensive. Go anywhere else. Napa valley marijuana, Cannabliss, Wine Country .... all better than this joke of a delivery service.

This is the most disorganized, poorly run delivery service I've ever encountered. We ordered a few pre-rolls and some edibles to a house in Napa. First, they sent a delivery man IN LOS ANGELES to the wrong address. Then, four hours later, they called us to tell us they forgot about us. They promised to deliver to us within the hour. Then, they called us an hour later to tell us the delivery person's car broke down. We never received the order.

Joined this site online, A very nice person called because my DL picture was not clear. I placed an order, at that time, with a delivery time of 45 minutes. I, soon, received a call from the driver who had, obviously, been trying everything they sell, telling me they where out of everything I ordered. He didn't seem to know what he had in stock. Best bet is he was too stoned to drive. To many other places to shop. Not going to be one of my " favorites "
