great prices and big selection. can sometimes take more than an hr or two, but usually during peaks. only a couple times was their estimate off by like an hr. flavored prerolls pictured have been with plain hemp rolling papers lately, would love them to use those again. lady on phone a few weeks ago wasnt that friendly, but the guys on phone are friendly and helpful too. they've been great though overall, happy with the meds and service thus far.

I picked up off this service a couple times now and I'm content with the quality. I took advantage of the 10% off menu wisely and got hooked up with some moonrocks. Overall good spot to call. Quality of the buds aren't a lie unlike other delivery services w/ their fake bud pics :)

Brain Damage

Curious how many different Brain Damage phenos there are... Its usually the only strain I pick up from you guys, and in the past 2 weeks Ive ordered close to an ounce, all at different times. First 3 times it was the same bud, last 2 deliveries it looked completely different. Looked more like the Brain Freeze.... I still have nugs from the first 2 deliveries and you can tell it is completely different. Still good, almost as potent, but a lot darker.

So far brisk seems to be the best delivery in the sgv, everybody realizes that only brisk has quality exclusive strains no one else has, plus these peeps got the 2 grams deal which i really appreciate especially when I'm low on money

" As to the 10% off of donations of $60 or more: Due to the heat and water conservation the cost of indoor growing has gone up, like extra use of A/C units, watering, humidifiers ,fan (Electricity) and etc, not to mention FUEL, we had to raise the minimum donations for a 10% off to $60. So in closing please consider all before you write a review."

Although I understand your predicament and am sympathetic to your needs as a business the approach was a little off. This sentence here is making me say I am wrong and telling me to basically f-off in a nice way. You have won the battle to have me say I'm sorry, but you have lost a customer. Good bye Brisk it has been a good 3 years. I have stayed a very long time with you due to your great customer service early in my time at Brisk and has made me stay for so long. It seems lately I am treated like a number and although you preach compassion I have not felt it. Your last statement was made to embarrass and tell me that I am wrong. If you would have left out one sentence I probably would be buying with you again and would have been happy with your response. "So in closing please consider all before you write a review." Also as for the 5 extra dollars on a 50 dollar order. I always give it to your driver and basically that 10% goes to them but you took that away from them, plus the money I give them every time I order. So this time I thought LONG and HARD about my review good bye brisk off to Greener pastures your customer service has become brown.

You say we have the best service but yet you complain all the time about certain things we can't control, like whether, droughts, traffic, fuel etc. Not to mention our budtenders. Where's your compassion? There is no battle brother only 1 LUV To the LIL hike from $50 to $60 for 10% off, we explained that in our reply to your review. We are the largest and oldest Delivery Service around the S.G.V. We have thousands of patients and yes it dose take 60 to 90 minutes to get to them. We would say 98% of them all understand and don't mind the wait. because of our compassion and Beyond Top Shelf medicines. But you'll see when you try another Delivery Service that they do not have the heart or quality medicines like us. Some of them try to copy us, as you'll see if you order their so called Brain Damage Og it won't even come close to ours, This is because we grow it and no one else has it. But please go to the top of Weedmaps main webpage. Look in the right corner for "MORE STUFF", click on that and go to Top 100 deliveries, there you will see us #8. I'm not talking only in the S.G.V. but from San Diego to Nevada. This is because we are 200% compassionate and we love and treat our patients with care. We are displeased that you will be leaving us, but we believe that you can only write reviews to complain but yet say your happy? Keep pushing me to voicemail.

I have been ordering from you guys for almost 3 years now. I have always at least got someone to pick up and tell they will call me back or that I will get a call back. Today after 3 calls pushed to voicemail I decided to write a letter and tell of my disappointment. Finally on the fourth call I got a pickup. I think the person is new but they should at least just pick up and tell me that they will call me back, or put me on hold and answer just so I'm not feeling completely ignored. Thought you might want to know this since I became annoyed from this predicament. I am sure there are others who feel the same. Another note I order quite a bit from brisk at least 4 to 6 times a month. It seems someone is always trying to avoid giving the 10% on a 50 dollar order. Most times I feel like I have to pull the 10% out of them unless it is Ray, today I was told it was 60 and had to correct them. The main reason I stay with people is not necessarily because of there deals but because I get a certain amount of recognition from coming to you often. If your person was to say oh we raised the limit to 60 I might just say it's okay give me the free gift. Which often the person who wrote before is right. Unless it is Andrea or Ray it tends not to be in the bag. When I feel that I am just some schlep who doesn't even deserve some courtesy it makes me wonder if I am coming to right place. I will still come to Brisk I have been coming there for a long time but I just wanted to voice my frustration.
