1. How far do you deliver?
-We serve the greater Bay Area including: San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell, Cupertino, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Mateo, Redwood City, Los Altos, Belmont, San Carlos, Foster City, Menlo Park, Stanford, Palo Alto, Fremont, Milpitas etc.
***NOTE: If you live outside our service zone, you can always meet us half way at an alternative address.

3. How long does the average delivery take?
-San Jose orders are usually filled within 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Orders during rush hour will vary.
4. Are you required to deliver only to my residence?
-No. Delivery drop-offs can be arranged at various places, away from children, simply wait for your delivery driver to text you.
5. What hours do you deliver?
-We take orders between 10:00am - 7:00pm
6. How does payment work? Can I pay with cash?
-Yes we accept both cash and credit card.

-We have a private and secure database only accessible by staff.
9. Is tax included?
-Tax is included in our pricing. We cover it!
10. Do you have a retail location I can visit?
-We currently cannot dispense at our retail location, however, hope to re-open very soon. Please stay tuned for updates!
11. Is there a delivery fee?
-Deliveries in San Jose are free, but a $50 minimum is required.

12. Are there returns/exchanges?
-We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our products, and to avoid contamination. Exceptions would be determined by management.

Order took a little while (approx 40 min), not too bad. I did order during their busy period (after 6). Upon arrival, the delivery guy was super nice, apologized for his lateness, and we made our transaction. He saw my assortment of instruments in my garage, and told me he was also a musician. We talked shop for a bit, then he went on his way. The bud he gave me was excellent, and properly medicated me. Love this place, I will be buying from them again soon.
Signed up in less than five minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Dana, was very helpful. Ordered in no time and arrived in under an hour. Good stuff. :D

I recently read a very negative review posted on StickyGuide about the RSO Amsterdam's Garden is selling. My own review will be posted shortly after discussions with SG reps. after I provided them test results for AG's RSO. Since I've purchased over $2500 worth of this RSO recently, I contacted AG with my concerns. They claimed the review was from a competitor.
I then sent a sample of the RSO to Bud Genius in SoCal to be tested. The reviewer said AG's RSO was only 41.6% THC, not the 80+% they claim. Well, the negative reviewer was correct. I will gladly provide those test results to WM reps. if they so desire. The RSO that Amsterdam Gardens is selling tested @ 41.71% THC When I asked AG, they sent me a lab test result from Steep Hill that showed a test for something that came back at 80%THC but, there was absolutely no way to associate it with the RSO they're selling. A rep. for Steep Hill said the same when I sent them the test result. There was no way to associate with the AG RSO. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of the sick for profit. I hope they're run out of business and that Karma seeks them out soon seeking retribution for their deeds against their fellow man. When people tell you not to buy RSO online (and there will be many), listen to them. I wish I had.
