1. How far do you deliver?
-We serve the greater Bay Area including: San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell (No New Patients), Cupertino, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Mateo, Redwood City, Los Altos, Belmont, San Carlos, Foster City, Menlo Park, Stanford, Palo Alto, Fremont, Milpitas etc.
***NOTE: If you live outside our service zone, you can always meet us half way at an alternative address.

3. How long does the average delivery take?
-San Jose orders are usually filled within 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Orders during rush hour will vary.
4. Are you required to deliver only to my residence?
-No. Delivery drop-offs can be arranged at various places, away from children, simply wait for your delivery driver to text you.
5. What hours do you deliver?
-We take orders between 10:00am - 7:00pm
6. How does payment work? Can I pay with cash?
-Yes we accept both cash and credit card.

-We have a private and secure database only accessible by staff.
9. Is tax included?
-Tax is included in our pricing. We cover it!
10. Do you have a retail location I can visit?
-We currently cannot dispense at our retail location, however, hope to re-open very soon. Please stay tuned for updates!

-Deliveries in San Jose are free, but a $50 minimum is required.

-We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our products, and to avoid contamination. Exceptions would be determined by management.

My name is Immanuel and I would like to say that the staff at this delivery service are great. They are professional and deliver on time. I haven't had a problem with them in the time that I've used their serves.
The weed doesn't Max the picture not even maybe okay so how they work is if you order something and it doesn't look like the picture the driver will try to force you to buy it and tell him say that I'll dispatch doesn't allow that you have to purchase whatever you order your not but they will ask you to look at it and take a look at it see if everything's alright first but if you don't like it that's a problem and the driver will sit there and make you try to buy it and pretend almost like she's on commission because it's like if she does if you don't buy it she's not going to get paid not for me I don't think that's fair I think it's fair if you order maybe one or two eights and one of them doesn't look like the picture you should have to buy it I'm a good customer I've purchased 1/8 the first time and it was perfectly like the picture the second time I order the same strain it didn't match the picture so I refused the order third time I ordered two different strains one matched the order and the other one didn't match the picture so I took the one I'm at the picture not today I went to place an order actually know what I also purchased grape stomper and an eighth and then I was charged $110 because the price on the website of the grape stomper says $50 but when I got to the door it was $60 so I paid the bill anyways and sent him a message and said hey can you credit my account cuz you overcharge me but I received the phone call explained to me that the price of the grape stomper is 60 bucks we just had it marked on our website wrong so I don't know what to tell you so after going back and forth after a while I said it's not really my fault that you missed label products and that I should pay what's listed on the website she finally agreed to give me 10% off my next order so I made my next order didn't receive the 10% off ,only one of the eights matched the pictures again so I took only one, and I ordered two more eightss of the one that did match the picture but I received the email saying that the order was canceled until I called to find out what was going on and I told me that I was banned because I had ordered something and refused it so I explain to him was not my problem that it doesn't look like the picture that I didn't know that you had that rule should I say well unfortunately I'm not going to pay for something that does not look like the picture and doesn't have any smell especially with the driver acting like she's on commission and trying to force the sale on me saying that dispatch won't allow me to return anything I have to purchase everything that I order so I don't so I only took one of the eightst. today when I went to place an order I put in the order and I put a note saying that I was supposed to get my 10% off and I want two of the eights that match the picture the one that I like but I'd like 10% off like I was promised but shortly thereafter I place my order I got a email saying that the order was canceled and when I call to find out what's happening they said that I was banned from the club and I said okay that's great I said you know I had no idea that you had a rule about not or not being able to look at the weed before you purchase it and I don't think that's right I think you should be able to know you know if you know what's good and you don't know what's good should be able to use your money wisely I don't think it's right for you to be able to force delivery upon me and have to pay for something that's not matching the picture and doesn't look like what you're advertising so I let them know that that's great I can go ahead and be banned but I will be letting everybody else know about my experience by way of this view so good luck Amsterdam's Garden.
Let me just say I am completely satisfied with my experience with AG. The online menu is very convenient, though it does take some time to register at first, so give yourself the time for that. I enjoyed the Vanilla blackberry Jack and even though it was pricey it was well worth it . For being a first time patient they even delivered two free gifts that definitely put a smile on my face . will be returning . Thank you Amsterdam's Garden.
I had ordered from them as a first time customer and told them that I was leaving for a flight in 2.5 hours. They then responded to me and approved/reviewed my CA and medical IDs within eight minutes over text. Afterward, my delivery arrived in one hour and twenty minutes (I was also able to track my driver through a website they had texted me). Overall, it was a fast and efficient transaction and I would order from them again. And, oh, they threw in two free edibles!
Ordered for the first time a few days ago and got a free treat! Delivery driver was very nice and well mannered and on top of that, it was all under about 40 mins! Great job!
Order took a little while (approx 40 min), not too bad. I did order during their busy period (after 6). Upon arrival, the delivery guy was super nice, apologized for his lateness, and we made our transaction. He saw my assortment of instruments in my garage, and told me he was also a musician. We talked shop for a bit, then he went on his way. The bud he gave me was excellent, and properly medicated me. Love this place, I will be buying from them again soon.
Signed up in less than five minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Dana, was very helpful. Ordered in no time and arrived in under an hour. Good stuff. :D
