They deserve 5 stars because I've always received consistent, excellent service. I'm one of those people with a lot of questions and they've always been patient with me so I'm appreciative of that. Got a free tote bag and lighters too! I recommend dank dash to anyone who prefers delivery over storefront!
Very surprised with some of the negative reviews in here. I've tried most of the delivery services in the Bay and Dank Dash is definitely in the top tier.
Very rude, the driver arrives 45 mins early and then accuses me the CUSTOMER of lying about being late.
Poor management. Poor service. Lack professionalism. They are out to prove you are wrong.
Not to mention they over charge. Clearly they shouldn't be in the people business.
Slow to text back, slow to take orders, they often don't know what's in stock or not, and since they transferred to a venture firm in boulder, they care even less. I'd give my money to friendlier dispensaries but the product here is fire. I have started buying at other places do to the exorbitant prices here tho. Still a good place, but know what they are: slow, uncaring, and generally not as informed as a bud tender in the city will be.

Please save yourself the heartache of dealing with these people. I placed a big order with them on 3/1/17. First of all, they took approx. two hours to arrive with the order. Upon getting ready to pay the driver (Danny) for the order, I noticed that there was part of my order missing. At this point he had already started to run the order on my debit card, for the total charge, but the receipt paper ran out of the machine. Danny then contacted his manager Aaron Patrick about the ordeal, and was instructed to deduct the missing portion from the total, and re-run my card for the new adjusted amount (because Danny had stated that he didn't beleive that the first charge had gone through). So... Danny ran my card again. The next morning 3/2/17, I checked my account balance, and noticed that I had been charged TWICE by them. Once for the original price of $313, and a second time for $253. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them with this information, took a screenshot of my account information, and sent it to them for proof.
Aaron stated that they run their batches nightly, and that I would have to contact my bank for a refund, but that he would provide any needed information to ensure the process went through, and I received my funds back in my account. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and DANK DASH is refusing to provide any assistance with my $313 refund. In return, I was told to "use cash next time" to avoid these kind of issues, and that they are willing to provide me a credit, but cannot help provide my bank with the info needed to obtain my full refund! WTF?!?! Seriously!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Do not spend your money with these people. They will rob you and not even blink about it!
Wow absolutely worst service ever. Rudest people ever! Slow as hell, and when delivered shorted 3 grams! Im surprised these people are still able to operate!!
I've been visiting Amsterdam's Garden for a long while now. They have a great selection.
They hava an enormous plethora of medicine. There are so many varieties, but the staff are very friendly, helpful, and they really make a statement with their all around service. Thank you again guys at Amsterdam for blowing away the competition. I never regret going to you guys because of the awesome experience I get every time. God bless all of you
I'll never go anywhere else but Amsterdam. it's priced great, huge selection of cannabis, very friendly service, but nothing beats their understanding of the industry. Thank you to the entire team
Other then the awesome friendly drivers, that's the only thing they are good at having.
They have not just Bad bud tenders
Picking up the phone but they sound lazy uneducated misleading and very rude most of the time. Ansley or Amy was the worst but apparently the only receptionist to talk to and she was just rude and lazy the entire time trying to help me with a strains details. If anything I think she bullshitted me the whole time. They don't just lie to you about Fake flower percentages but also about fake RSO oils. Terrible upper management and they don't know how to run a delivery service. Open a store or shut down for good because the patients have had it. SPEND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
