This was my first time using Always Greenest, and let me tell you they are amazing!!!! Not only are they open during this pandemic we’ve got going on! But they have the friendliest service! Stephanie is an absolute gem! Super helpful, amazing vibes and you can tell she really cares about her patients! Now let me tell you about my delivery experience! It was amazing! I got a text to tell me my driver was 20 minutes out and a text when he was pulling up! My driver was doooope, thank you for coming out to me so I don’t have to risk exposing myself to COV19 you’re amazing! P.s. tip your drivers! You can’t tip your bartenders right now so be sure to tip the people who get you high!!!!

I have ordered 2 times from this establishment. Both times I selected items that were specifically listed as "indica" on their menu, only to find that both were labeled as "hybrid" on their containers upon delivery. The first time, my order was refunded and the correct item was delivered. Due to the less-than-friendly, somewhat argumentative attitude of the telephone representative ("Steph"), I will no longer order from Always Greenest and recommend that any potential customers think twice. Finally, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY IS INDEED WHAT YOU ORDERED BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.

Hey, I'm really sorry your experiences were other that awesome. The first time, was my mistake by pulling hybrid littles instead of indica. When we spoke about it, i admitted that and made it right by sending the driver back with the correct order. The second time, you ordered the Claybourne GMO half oz from our site...Then called after it was delivered to tell me it was a hybrid. I mentioned that the strain, GMO is a super indica dominant hybrid and that sometimes when our menu transfers from our POS system that it doesn't always match up and with everything going on and how busy it is, I haven't had a chance to go through the site and fine tune. You said you wanted to keep it and hung up so i assumed you were happy with it. Not sure what I did to justify this type of review but whatever it was, I apologize and hope you were somewhat happy with your order. We have a pretty good track record on getting people what they ordered but we are human and have made some mistakes...I will always own up to it and try to make it right, tho :)

DO NOT ORDER HERE !!!

WORST delivery service ever. 4 hours wait time. They send all phone calls to voicemail. They don’t update you on ANYTHING. 0/5 stars easily the worst delivery service in weedmaps.

No time for my money.

Tried to make an order after leaving work and placed it two hours before the displayed close time, only to find out they don’t deliver past 6:00 pm. Why not just change the hours you know? Pretty disappointed but found another great service(Speedy Weedy) to take my order and hook it up. Looks like they have later hours as well. High-ly recommended.

Sorry to hear your couldn't get an order in. We close at 6pm on sundays. All other days we close at 8pm. Be sure to check the days when you're looking at the hours :) Sorry you were disappointed but glad you found your meds somewhere.

3 HOUR WAIT & STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION & AS I PLACED MY ORDER WAS TOLD IT WAS ON ITS WAY WHICH WAS OVER 3 HOURS AGO YET NO CALL OR TEXT ITS NOW 6:30PM WASTE OF TIME! POOR SERVICES & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER CARE ! DONT Believe THE FAKE REVIEWS STAY AWAY!!!!

Will not buy here again

Person answering the phone needs to clean his ears… made me wait for my order for 4 hours and they cancelled it themselves…. 4 hours and I could have picked up somewhere else. Shady shady service.. lots of bubbles on the cartridge. People shouldn’t take orders if they can’t deliver.. your dispensary is a waste of time
