We are a mobile only delivery service in Alameda County for qualified prop 215 patients. Minimums are $25 plus 10% tax Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm. $75.00 plus 10% tax for delivery Monday through Thursday after 4pm and Friday and Saturdays.
Just a few things to remember about our service:
Minimums are as follows: $25 per delivery between 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday. Taxes of 10% still apply in addition to the minimum. $75 minimum donation for delivery ($83.00 with surcharge) After 4pm Monday-Thursday and all day Friday and Saturday.
All orders are subject to a 10% surcharge to cover taxes and shipping.
All new patients are required to register before receiving a delivery.
All new registrations have to be processed and complete before 9pm for same day delivery.
All delivery orders need to be placed by 9:30pm for same day delivery.

These guys are very young. The really good buds are usually underweight by .1 grams. Don't get on their bad side, or they will speak down to you. They say the flowers are indoor, but I don't think so, greenhouse maybe. However, you won't get ripped off here, you get what you pay for. They're awesome as long as you stay on their good side!
Hello abkvapor. I'm sorry we didn't hit the mark for you. Whenever we receive less than perfect marks we try to look at things objectively and determine what may have went wrong. If we have to direct a customer on the phone due to some issue like them not being home when ordering from us, or not having the money ready when we arrive, we do have to call and inform them about the fact that their delivery will be delayed and to 'please be sure to have your money ready and be home when you place your order'. Unfortunately a lot of folks don't like to be told what to do and take that as us talking down. We are working hard with our operator staff to deliver those messages softly and with care. We're not authoritarians, nor do we take an elitist attitude, however it can sometimes be hard to know a persons true feelings over the phone. Sorry if we made you feel that way and know that we are always trying to improve our customer service!
We use legal for trade-tuning fork technology scales which are calibrated daily for accuracy. Based on that it can be hard to judge when throwing our product on a scale that is not as accurate. I'm not saying yours is not, but in general people who are not in the industry don't spend several thousand dollars on their scales and keep them within legal tolerances. We do. If your product is off by .1 I'd suggest looking at your equipment. We are legally required to weigh your product accurately, and we do.
All our flowers are indoor. We don't offer greenhouse, light-dep, or outdoor on our regular menu. When we do put those grades up, they are generally ounce specials or other very well priced deals. Putting lower grades on and trying to pass it as indoor is a quick way to get ousted in the industry. We would never have made it to where we are if that were true.
I do thank you for saying that we're awesome though and I also appreciate you saying that you won't get ripped off. That's true. :) All things aside, we will take this review and look at every point you have made and see where we can improve. Thanks for that as well. There staff has been all over the place. One driver was vaping while delivering. One couldn't be bothered to bring the delivery upstairs. The website is plauged with glitches. Good luck reuploading a new recommendation they don't have an easily identifiable way to. The products are not half bad but they tend to have over priced extracts.
It's true we've had a few complaints in the last month about our handling of customer service on the phone. (See the reply above this for info there). We're working on it for sure. If you worked with us, you'd see that in general we're easy going, laid back, and passionate about cannabis, just like most of our customers. The issues you are talking about are mostly misunderstandings. Let me break them down one by one.
You had stated that a driver was vaping while delivering. Yes that is true. We have a few drivers that were vaping while driving. Please know that they were vaping e-juice and not cannabis. We don't allow medicating while on shift (obviously, right?) That being said, after this review, we have asked those drivers to not vape anything, even e-liquid while conducting deliveries.
The website is new, however we make weekly updates and fixes to it. It was pretty buggy initially, but we've since worked out every known bug. If you see anything wrong now, please let us know. As far as the uploading of the rec/id, no we don't have a way to re-upload that. You just have to email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff will update it for you. We are working on a way to log in and submit those new docs, however we generally don't have a problem updating through email.
We've done a lot of comparisons of our shelf to our competition as any good service regularly does and find that our prices are offerings are consistently better than most out there. We're not always the cheapest, but we try to always be competitive. Feel free to email us specifically if you feel something is overpriced. We'd be happy to look into that for you as we don't price gouge anything. Regardless, thank you for the comments as they help us to focus in on what we need to improve.

Tried so many delivery services through the years, hit or miss with all these mediocre delivery services, if it isnt 1 thing, its another through trial and error. But helps me come to realize, 800 buds is on another platform or tier on a much higher level than your average mobile dispensary. 800 buds is virtually untouchable! Ive been a patient with 800 for over 5 years and I have got to say this club has always been my go to place. Their flowers are always of the highest quality and concentrates never dissapoint. Wide selection of edibles! Cant beat this spot.
I've been coming here for a while this place is OK when it comes to the buds on certain ones. But today for some reason I had the strangest interaction with someone named Rick when I usually deal with a female but he was very rude I told him on weed maps that it's stated they updated 30 minutes ago but when I request a item they didn't have it he got very upset you could hear it in his voice and was very sarcastic and all I did was let him know he should update the weeds map so customers like me won't ask for that certain product. He got upset start telling me I need to go on 800 buds if I want accurate information that's not fair to get mad at me because you're not doing your job properly I don't think I'll be using their services anymore but thank you for coming to Fremont anyway!
They usually carry good products but I don't appreciate the way they speak to their patients, they speak to you in a condescending way and give you a hard time if you order an hour before they close. They don't appreciate their loyal patients, I was a patient with these guys for a few years and after this last experience I won't order from them ever again! First time they gave me a long wait time of over an hour I had gone to the ATM guy shows up after 20minutes I had gone down the street from my house to get cash and was heading back home dude literally couldn't wait 2 minutes more! The lady on the phone was rude and was not helpful when I begged her to have her driver wait 2 extra minutes! She just was ranting about their policy! Guy finally waited he was nice and told me he was doing his job which I understand so I gave him extra tip for waiting. Next time I called for another order the same rude lady from before answers gives me a hard time yet again! That's when I called it quits.
I been loving all their concentrates super good quality and great customer service.
