We are a mobile only delivery service in Alameda County for qualified prop 215 patients. Minimums are $25 plus 10% tax Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm. $75.00 plus 10% tax for delivery Monday through Thursday after 4pm and Friday and Saturdays.
Just a few things to remember about our service:
Minimums are as follows: $25 per delivery between 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday. Taxes of 10% still apply in addition to the minimum. $75 minimum donation for delivery ($83.00 with surcharge) After 4pm Monday-Thursday and all day Friday and Saturday.
All orders are subject to a 10% surcharge to cover taxes and shipping.
All new patients are required to register before receiving a delivery.
All new registrations have to be processed and complete before 9pm for same day delivery.
All delivery orders need to be placed by 9:30pm for same day delivery.
There are no exceptions to these rules and these rules are subject to change at any time without notice. We thank you in advance for your support and cooperation!

Wow, talk about best first impressions!!! Registering was kind of a timely process but if you have all your infomation saved in your phone made it fast and easy. After registering, I got a call from one of the reps too let me know everything was all good and I was ready too order when Im ready. I wasn't going too at first but I was like hey I'm on the phone why not try it out, and I'm glad I did, there was no pressure and the rep answered all my questions with out hesitation. And as far as my delivery, I got Amanda and I quote "cutest delivery driver in the eastbay" 😆. All jokes aside she was very professional and knowledgeable about the products she delivered. Definitely putting in my 800buds in my top 8 just like myspace. Thanks for the great experience.

I registered it was very easy and process was good I love how they I.d check good well played collective caring for patients to see for sure ! good security and they talked to me on the phone I asked questions and they answered politely and professionally i haven't ordered yet so I haven't got that far to see how you guys are..but I will soon really soon and I bet as good as your regerstration process is as good as your delivery hopefully thanks guys and 800Buds team!!!!👍👍👍
the bud is decent, price is decenr, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. delivery times sick big fat donkey ass, which causes me to shop for medicine elsewhere. would be good place if they can get delivery times down.
Just having to talk on the phone gives me anxiety but Barry and Yanita (sp?) made it so comfortable for me to register and place my order. Thank you so much. the staff is always exceptional and I love that I get free candy. only change would be to keep gorilla glue and trainwreck prerolls in stock, they are bomb.

I possibly get a order maybe once per week that's if this dispensary has the right meds I need.
Normally delivery is 1-1.5hrs
800buds website now shows thc % content on every item that's displayed making it easier to understand which medicine will work best.
It may seem like im advertising for this dispensary but I'm not. I'm just a happy customer. Isn't that what we want to be happy ppl?
An btw the minimum recently lowered from 75$ to 50$
The drivers are very educated on the product they deliver.

Hands down the best in the business right now. The paperwork process is what it is, just have to be patient guys it's so worth it. Super thorough and over the top customer service, I literally got my order at the exact time I was told...can't forget to mention I got amazing meds (Sherbet, yumm) and cool free stuff as a first time patient. Thanks guys!

The phone ordering is a pain would Rather order online and not deal with phone peeps sometimes as, they messed up my registration and took a bit to fix it but they fixed it .most orders go fine though I have had a different drivers every time I still tip them. One new guy got lost and couldn't figure out their phone system and called my house 4x but every time I answered it went to his voicemail, he was way past his deli art window but I gladly welcomed him and tipped him because he was nice. My so so experience got yucky yesterday when I ordered and dude on phone, never problem with female CSR, said I your order won't be there till hour and half two hours cool I thinkbecause I will order more meds and RUn. Down tobankk 10 min from my house. Driver comes! Leaves tells roommate call service after not waiting couple mni I miss him by 5 min! Oh well will call to apologize get guy on phone gettreated to condescending speech how they are like a pizza delivery service they expect the patient to be at the house when they get there! On and on how I compromised the drivers security and safety! Woah dude I went to get money for you almost 200$ that's not pizza that's medicine money! He was irate I said I was sorry but guess that wasn't good enough so I told him look home Northern Cal and Hayward has plenty of other delivery services they will gladly take my green for their green you must have so many customers you must not care if I stop ordering yeesh! I will order from you in the future may e! I went to Garden of Eden spent 80$ more got more meds more pleasurable experience from nice budtenders. Sorry 800 buds
Sorry to hear you had a bad customer service experience the other day. This is something we always take very seriously. It's our job to get the meds out safe and on-time, but not in a way that seems condescending or arrogant. My apologies if this is how things were handled. When we receive reviews like these, we take them back to our staff meeting and discuss with our operators and drivers. The idea is to find newer and better ways to communicate the needs we have while being sensitive to the fact that and the end of the day you have choices on where you get your meds from. We hope this experience hasn't completely turned you away from our service and we'd be more than happy to discuss how we can do things better in the future. Until then I'm glad to hear that you were at least able to secure your medication, even if it was not from us.
