Hello 10 Collective family and everyone visiting our page for the first time. Here at 10 Collective we do things a little different, we make it a priority to put the people first. Our menu is what the people have requested, and our customer service is world class. We have a had an amazing start to our journey and now that we are licensed it is time to take things to the next level. Below we have attached statements from the State Tax Board laying out exactly what it is. We understand no one wants to pay the extra taxes so it is now our mission to have the best products the people want at compassionate prices everyone can love.
- One love 10 Collective
As you know, beginning January 1, 2018, licensed distributors who supply you with cannabis or cannabis products are required to calculate and collect the 15 percent cannabis excise tax from you. When you sell those items at retail you are required to collect the cannabis excise tax from your customer.
Your sales of cannabis and cannabis products are generally subject to sales tax, unless your customer provides you with a valid Medical Marijuana Identification Card indicating they are a qualified patient or the primary caregiver for a qualified patient, along with a valid government-issued identification card.
If you are still confused on a order please give us a call and there is always something we can figure out to help you guys out and be as transparent as possible.
